Overall, I was satisfied with the product and the professional assembly. However, the door furthest to the left does not align with the other three doors. I have gone through the process of requesting a replacement door, however, the company will not honor my request. In fact, they claimed that this piece of furniture is on an unlevel surface and that is to blame for the misalignment. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service process. You have to keep your fingers crossed that the furniture parts you receive are in good condition.

This is an inexpensive sideboard but it looks nice.

Great look and size

Using this as a kitchenette cabinet unit in my guest suite above the garage. Mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. And storage for snacks etc that my guests will enjoy.

Beautiful piece! Fits the tv perfectly. The draws were a challenge. They wouldn’t close very easily. They had to be forced closed.

So disappointed. Quality is not up to price paid. Very flimsy, weird clips hold piece together, sad speckled paint finish. Outside of return window - will hide this and matching pieces in craft room. Expensive mistake!

Drawer won’t close

Just bought this and put it together. One of the drawers will not install on the drawer slide and all of the ball bearings fell out

Unexpected

This was complicated to assemble. There are black 'locking mechanisms' on the furniture. If you secure them too soon, you'll have to disassemble a part or if you dont secure it, you cant assemble the next part. I dont like that this piece is mostly particleboard. As others have stated, the doors do not align when closed. Its also a small piece of furniture in comparison to our tall walls. The color is darker than anticipated, more of a slate gray.

I purchased this item on May 5th but was only able to have it assembled it today Aug 11, 2024. I am a senior citizen and had to wait for help to put it together. I did not think it would be a problem to wait for help as I had also purchased the same item last Oct and it was installed without any problem. I loved it and wanted to have a pair. After having it put together the factory made drawer with sliding tracks already factory installed do not shut. The tracked are mounted incorrectly and they will not close. I am very upset that I cannot resolve this issue with Wayfair (due to it being longer than 30 days since purchase) and will have to pay extra to have someone modify it from the factory install on the drawers so it is usable. 0

I actually bought 2 of these to use as the end sides of my living room built ins and we are going to do floating shelves above them and a fireplace in the middle.!1

Rating at 4 and a half stars because of some gaps in the drawer supports. Otherwise, love it! Perfect size and height for my dining area right off my kitchen.

Disappointed! We initially purchased this as a set (2 linen cabinets and the sideboard) and quickly realized we could purchase the 3 individual pieces for about 15 (150) cheaper. I called to be sure and they said it was the exact same thing. The sideboard arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The quality wasnt great. The wood is particleboard and the white is actually a distressed white, almost dirty looking. I then received what was supposed to be my first of two linen cabinets although I actually received a second sideboard. A call to Wayfair and the problem was corrected. When the first actual linen cabinet arrived, a couple pieces were damaged. I called the manufacturer as directed (not Wayfair) and the replacement pieces were sent to me in a few days. I did have to send them (and Wayfair) photos of the damaged pieces. In the meantime, the second linen cabinet arrived and I assembled it. Again, quality was not desirable, and buyers remorse kicked in. By the time the new replacement parts arrived, we made the decision to return the unit. The main driver was quality although the unit was too small for our space. We figured we would rather spend another few hundred dollars and have something of higher quality that would last. When I called Wayfair to inquire on the return process, they advised I needed to take the pieces back apart, package them up and take them to a local FedEx. Thankfully I still had 2 boxes from the linen cabinets and the extra boxes from the replacement parts. The kicker though, they were going to deduct 130 for the shipping back, which would be taken from my refund. Had one of the pieces not been damaged, the refund would be an additional 50 less. I had no idea that Id have to pay for return shipping as the information shown did not indicate this but the quality was not worth the 130 Id be losing. I will say, the people I spoke with at both the manufacturer (Crosley) and Wayfair were super friendly and knowledgeable. They get an A although I still dont think this piece deserves more than 1 star. If there was one negative about my Wayfair interaction, it would be about the need for me to take these 4 large boxes (each weighing 80 or so lbs) and drop them off at FedEx. They didnt mention on the initial call that they could schedule a FedEx pickup for 10. Since Im already paying 130, might as well pay a few extra bucks and not have to lug them into the car, drive them to a location, and lug them inside. Do not recommend purchasing this this.

I want to thank Wayfair for their absolutely first rate manner in resolving a minor issue I had with the Jesse sideboard. The sideboard is exactly what I expected it to be. It was relatively easy to assemble. Wayfair can be assured of my continued support for the company and their products.

Great little kitchen buffet

Fits perfectly into my space! I keep dish towels in one drawer and foils, cling wrap, freezer bags etc in the other. Lots of room for chips and cereal in one cabinet and toaster and other small appliances in the other. I would definitely buy this again!

It was a bit difficult to put together but once assembled, it looks beautiful in our dining room. Love the combination of drawers and shelves.

I love this, but where the handle is attached on one of the doors is stripped out and the handle will not stay attached. Not good quality.
