Product so far is great. Very roomy and comfortable. The arms are a bit shaky after assembly burn otherwise is good. Would recommend!

Great chair

This chair is very sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to put together. At its lowest height setting it is still a littler higher than I expected so it use foot rest and it's fine.

A decent task for big/tall but not a winner

The chair is a solid and decent chair, but it's basic. The seat is dense and lasted a good 2 to 3 years before it broke down, so I cannot complain. Features though, are somewhat lacking. The lumbar support is just a plastic bar that adjusts up and down, and it not that supportive or comfortable. The arm resets are very tall, which is a plus for me because I am tall and I rest my arms when I type. The chair seat did break down after a few years along with the seat mechanics began to squeak and creak. Maybe a year and a half into the life the air cylinder began to break down and would not hold me at full height. Not a huge issue as it was a bit tall at full height.

Seat cushion not good quality

It was not difficult to assemble. Now that I’ve used it for more than a month, it clicks when it moves slightly. The cushion on the seat is poor quality and I can feel the mechanisms under it. It is a good size if you’re searching for a big and tall chair, but pretty cheap quality overall. I will be buying a separate seat cushion to help with the discomfort.

I would Not recommend this chair!

This base Broke in under 4 weeks of use. Total piece of crap! The 3 year warranty is crap as well. Contacted Staples was given a wrong number for the Sadie (615-833-1824). Don't waist your time. Keep looking for something else. Zero stars if I could.

So Comfy

This chair is so comfy that it's hard to get off of it. I've never sat in such a comfortable office chair. I highly recommend it. Definitely came in handy while working from home during COVID-19.

Best chair for plus sized people!

I had purchased another chair that was comfortable at first but had cheap padding in the seat that wore out in less than a year. This chair has very thick padding and is ridiculously comfortable as I spend 10+ hours in this chair between work and school. Only complaint that I have is that the lumbar doesn't stay in place.

This chair is so comfortable for a 10 hour shift. Easy to put together.

The chair is a bit bigger than I thought...very poor assembly instructions. But after some trial and error, I got it put together in about 45 minutes. Fed Ex surprised me....I have had good luck with them in the past but not so much this time. it was supposed to be delivered yesterday...then they said it was delayed (t wasn't really, I tracked it, the driver just didn't deliver it). But it did arrive today...pretty beat up box with holes in it, but it arrived. The chair is comfortable and works fine. But lets hope it stays that way...I've only had it assembled for an hour.

It's nice and BIG I have so much room to wiggle around the seat the arms are ok don't like how they're Made you have to sit your arms in them kinda it's weird.but overall pretty good.

Comfy, Easy Assembly, Wide and Solid

I’m writing this one-week after receiving this item. I can honestly say that it is comfy, easy to assemble, wide (I’m 6’1) and solid. I am not worried about it sinking, tipping or being unstable. It’s really the perfect chair if you are on the larger side, I’m 275. The cushion is comfy and I can say for as long as I need to to get my work done.
