Received broken - not well protected when shipped.
The item was not well wrapped. When I received it it was broken into pieces. Very disappointing.

Well made but a little heavy. Very nice leaf pattern goes well with our brass fixtures in bathroom. Just wish toothbrush holder was made so it would be easier to clean inside.

Item arrived cracked. I was trying to contact seller, no respond. Bad quality. Don’t waist your money.

Bad packaging
The merchandise is good, however the packaging is terrible. My first delivery I had to order a replacement for the soap dish. I returned the broken item. The customer service rep who took my info was incredible and she replaced the order. However she replaced the entire order, it came with 2 of the item smashed to bits. I was lucky the soap dish was spared.
