The wrong size of gazebo was sent. It supposed to be 10x12. But it is 9x11.

This product is poor quality

The directions only show pictures no description of the product should be put together. The steel material bends very easily. Definitely not good. It doesn’t stand up well in a less than 12 mph wind even staked and bricked in the ground. I would not recommend this product and not worth the price

Easy to assemble. Not sure why plastic "shower rings" are used for bug screen. it seems metal would prove to last longer than the flimsy plastic ones. Over all, really nice.

When our previous 10x10 gazebo was destroyed by a late spring windstorm we looked around for a replacement. The 10x12 from Aosom seemed like a reasonable choice although we had never heard of the company before. We took a chance and ordered it. The large box arrived a few days later and we opened it to start the assembly process. "We" in this case is myself and my wife, both of us are retired an are over 80 years old. As we unpacked the unit we were pleased to see the obvious concern with which it had been packed and to see the quality of the components. We were surprised to find that there are no written instructions on how to assemble it! The pictures and diagrams provided were clear and easy to understand and we started putting it together. We did run into one small problem where a cross piece had been welded to the frame slightly out of place. I made a call to the support line and was overwhelmed by the friendly and helpful response. It turned out that the problem was overcome by using a slightly longer bolt than the one supplied with the unit.

Ordering from Aosom was easy. Supplied tracking was timely: my order arrived within a week.
