I had a great experience. The pillows and throw were even prettier in person and I received my order in 2 days!
This pillow is large. I know it states that it is 20x20, but I guess because it is a faux fur, it appears larger. Also, it is much darker. I really liked the soft brown tips in the pictures, but it has a lot of really dark brown in it. I would have preferred the pillow to look like the picture, but I am keeping it because it is too much of a hassle to return it.
