Slow and marginal accuracy

Rating this as two stars, it functions and is low cost. However, the downsides make this a scale I wouldn't purchase again. The measurement update rate is very slow which means that adding weight to the scale doesn't change the displayed value. In fact, sometimes the only method to force an update is to remove the item, wait for the scale to zero, and then remeasure. Besides the slow update rate, measurement repeatability is very poor. Weighing an item multiple times often results in values that vary by a gram. With the slow update rate you might expect great battery life. That's not the case as the first set of batteries needed replacement within 6 months.

Inaccurate

Scale is inaccurate as it does not adjust from time to time when in use. It can weigh an item placed on it at first, but good luck on getting to adjust once you add or remove anything from what’s on the scale.

Comically Inaccurate Scale

The scale is horrendously inaccurate. I weighed a 72.8 g coffee bean container, and it registered as 35 g. I weighed a calibrated 200 g weight, and it read 96 g. So it's reading the mass at around 48% of the true value. It's useless. Hopefully this is just a bad unit, but I will be returning this and getting a different brand.

Quality: Accurate. I weighed some packed items like rice and juice powders and got the expected measurements. You can also switch between units (grams, pound, oz, etc.) Material: Good! Works great!

I liked the scale and the Tare feature so that I can remove the weight of a bowel before I measure my protein. lol I also weighed my cat who weighs 6.5 lbs! 🐈
