Can't complete tighten the screws

Can't complete tighten the screws with the Allen key, what tool is best to tighten screws?

Likes: . Pretty & sturdy. . . Dislikes: . Rock hard. Defeats the purpose of having lounge furniture if it's too hard/uncomfortable to lounge in. . Have not yet received the table. . . Wish I had not bought this set - would have paid more for something comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't realize when I bought it that buyer has to pay return shipping with Houzz (unless product is damaged).

Great Set!

I ordered 2 sets of the 3 Piece Acacia Wood Chat Set and they came well boxed and without any issues. Assembly was easy (I did it alone, without the recommended two people) and every piece and fastener came together perfectly. The wood is beautiful and very substantial, and the cushions are well made and offer excellent comfort and support. They are a lovely addition to my porch and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to add some beauty and comfort to their outside seating.

The chairs and table are of very high quality teak and easy to assemble. The arrived earlier than anticipated and are extremely comfortable. They look great on my screened-in porch!
