Both chairs arrived with damaged pieces. Had to work directly with Noble House to get replacements shipped.

My husband and I have had our eye on these lounge chairs since last summer and finally purchased them this season and we could not be happier that we did!!! We get so many compliments on the chic look and design and also overall functionality and quality! They are the perfect fit and feature for any landscape or yard!!

Damaged item on arrival. Only offering return. No way to contact anyone for a new part. I would have to pack up a huge piece of furniture and bring it to the store.

Stunning for a great price!

Easy assembly and stunning results. Just like any other teak outdoor furniture you must protective from the elements. We are in Southern California and when not in use they are covered from the elements, they are not easy to move, two person lift.

Not bad for the price but if you order the cream color they start to get black mold looking spots all over it after the first time you don’t remove them before a storm. One rain storm and they will have mold all over it

Beautiful resort style lounge chairs

Not only are these beautiful but they made our backyard look like a resort. They are super comfortable and well made. We love the wide wood base as it allows a place to set down your drink, book or phone. There are multiple Velcro straps that keep the cushion in place. We shopped around a lot before finding these chairs, and honestly at this price they are a bargain considering their very high end appearance.

Very pretty loungers. Wood color has more variation in person than the pictures. They are very wide and bulky so make sure to measure they will fit your space first. Great quality for the price.

Cheap quality

The platform of the chair comes apart in many pieces and blows away in High winds. The cushions have already ripped off of the chair from the Velcro straps and are no longer useable if there are winds outside. I have had them for about 3 weeks.

the boxes came in on different dates, which was not specified on my order. also some of the wood had internal cracks that should have been inspected before packaging. I have to admit these are beautiful and i love them. and the WM customer service is awesome and took care of the problems right away.
