Loving my new lakeside furniture!

It is so refreshing to get a product that needs to be assembled and it’s easy to assemble and makes sense! This product quality is very high. Sturdy and I love the gray slate color. So pleased I decided to go with Polly wood. There are so many other options out there, and I wasn’t sure when I was only able to see online and I ordered over a dozen items but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Too much work to put together

For that much money, I shouldn’t have to put it together. They only provided one of the two tools, so I also had to go buy a tool for it. Definitely not worth the money. I was going to change all of my furniture to polywood, but not anymore! Way too much work!

The colors are very bright and true to the pictures. The assembly was straightforward and the tool provided worked well. As a middle aged women I was able to assemble independently with no issues. My husband was recuperating from surgery and had to watch but I had no problem.

Wanted these for a while

I needed to replace two Carnival orange wooden and rotting beach chairs so I purchased 2 Tangarine South Beach Adirondack chairs for our front porch. I had seen the poly wood chairs a long time ago in front of a coastal hardware store and knew that they would be a great investment and last long. However, our family moved over seas for a few years and upon coming back, I couldn’t find them, nor did I really know what they were called. Fast forward this year when I heard “polywood “ and looked it up. YES! There they were!! I debated on which style to get. My husband and I are in our mid 60s in relatively good health. I couldn’t decide between the mid height or the highest height on the chair. I decided on the middle height. The chairs arrived in the time frame listed. I was able to assemble both chair in under 2 hours. I probably could have done them in less time, but it is HOT down south and the screws and tools kept slipping out of my sweaty hands. Sitting was easy in and out. I really, really like them. Our children have even put dibs on them should the chairs outlive us! 🤣🤣

South Beach Heaven

We love our South Beach chairs! So easy to put together- less than 15 minutes. Everything ready to go in the box. The colors are fun and they are nice and roomy-but not so big and heavy you can’t move them around by yourself. We now have 6 Polywood chairs, a bench and a table. Love them all! Everyone asks where we got them!

RED!

We saw Polywood Adirondack chairs at a resort and were very impressed with them. The friends we went with bought some and we loved them. When it came time for us to need new chairs we knew exactly what we wanted, except in RED! The red is very bright and vibrant. It makes a statement. Love them. American made and quality that lasts.

Nothing better than these!

Really love these chairs! Very well made and easy to assemble. Sturdy and heavy in case of strong winds or heavy guest. The red is very cool and does not fade. We now have (3) sets at various areas of our deck.

Polywood furniture is built to

Polywood furniture is built to last, and our latest Adirondack additions are no exception. We like the South Beach folding chairs, because they are contoured to your body and and any age/size person is always comfortable and fits so well. The furniture is very easy to clean, (after a storm or spilled juice etc.), and can be used both outdoors and indoors. Like our existing Polywood furniture, these new chairs will last for many years to come, and are a great investment!

We want to like these

We want to like these chairs, but one chair is missing a screws /bolt for the crossbar that runs along the back. As a result the chair is unstable. Attempts to contact poly wood through electronic means have been unsuccessful. Calling Polywood is equally terrible. The wait time is over an hour. While the navy color is very nice we cannot give more that 2 stars. A $340 chair should come with everything needed to ensure it is stable. The company that sells the $340 chair should make it easier for customers to contact the organization when there are issues with the product.

Extremely poor customer service!

I purchased this chair to go with others that I had purchased a few months ago. I inadvertently ordered the incorrect chair. I have been waiting for 12 business days and I still can’t get help from Polywood with the return. Extremely poor customer service. The quality of the chairs are very good but I won’t purchase from them again!

The chair is high quality and solid but was missing a bolt...and Customer Service is absent

Polywood's customer service is pretty bad. I ordered two of these chairs and one arrived missing a bolt on a cross bar at the back of the chair. Of course, getting a response from Polywood takes at least a week. Chat does not work - I'm convinced it's just a fancy email initiation system. You won't get a person on chat. You also won't get a response to your request in less than a week. I'm going to resort to just taking photos of the bolts on the chair that did come in one piece and going to my local hardware store to see if they have something like it because I can't get an answer from Polywood.

Snow proof

I have two of these chairs, and they have lived through three snowy winters (3-5 feet (accumulation) outside on our deck. They are bulletproof. At this point, we should just put them in our will because they will probably last longer than us.

Front Yard Serenity

I love my Polywood chairs and table. It creates an inviting vignette for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while watching the world go by. They were a breeze to set up, are very comfortable and quality built. The green color brightens up the shade of the oak tree.

Quality product quickly delivered easily assembled these chairs are great! Really like that I could find ones that aren't slanted in the seats like traditional ones (old people with bad knees!) and that are sturdy but lightweight enough that I can move around by myself. The color is awesome. Would purchase again.

Moldy after one week.

We were excited to get these six white folding adirondack chairs for our new patio. We purchased Polywood brand as we live by the ocean and thought the material would stand up to the climate better. Unfortnately, we were wrong. We got the chairs about a week before our new patio was finished due to a rainy period that delayed the construction. We unpacked and inspected them immediately as Polywood recommended and then put them on our lawn while the patio was finished. When we went to put them on the new patio we noticed several of them had already begun to mold! We were so disappointed as a damp environment by the shore was the exact reason we didn't go with wooden chairs, but they would never have gotten mold after just days outside. I tried cleaning with a bleach-water solution but it did nothing. Luckily the spots are in places most people wouldn't notice, but I'm afraid if these chairs continue to mold they will look awful and/or be a maintenance nightmare. At least I would recommend to other to buy the darker colors...we wanted white so if I had known how easily they mold, I would have purchased a different material chair.

Great looking!

I am a thousand times pleased with my Polywood furniture. Polywood outdoor products always looks better on my patio.

Excellent product

I don't normally do reviews unless something really impresses me or disappoints. We've tried different versions and polywood is far superior. We live in Fl so we use these a lot and we need ones that fold as when hurricanes come you have to store all of the outdoor stuff in your garage. Somehow (maybe the texturing) the surace stays cooler than our other ones. It's a few bucks more than most competitors but it's worth it.

Disappointed - quality control is bad

Yes, that's right 3 stars, assembly was very tough; had to fix a miss cut end. Another one wasn't squared and whole placement was off. Ended up using wood clamps to fit together. Not what I expected for the price. See review on Amazon for photos. It seems like a quality control issue. Sorry, Polywood.

These chairs are beautiful and just what I wanted around my fire pit. You just have to put them together. I ordered 6 and it took me 4 hours to put them together (woman in her 50's that's pretty handy, with some assistance from my 85 year old father). The first one took the longest because the directions are terrible! I finally found a YouTube video that helped a little but the first one took over an hour. After the 2nd one was together it was much quicker with chairs 3-6. I highly recommend watching the instruction video first or you'll just get frustrated quickly. Once you get the arms connected to the seat, it's pretty simple. I considered deducting a star for the assembly instructions but I love them so much now that they are together I decided against it. It was totally worth the effort, and it was a lot of effort. The chairs are super sturdy and heavy, it would take a hurricane to knock them over.
