I love these! I have gray granite counter tops and these match beautifully. Excellent, sturdy quality as well.

They don’t grind properly

I ordered these because of the marble tops and thought they would match other marble things in my kitchen. While they are pretty, they work horribly. When you twist the salt shaker, an excessive amount of salt comes out. The pepper grinder is the opposite in that it's hard to twist and barely any pepper comes out.

This product is chic and functions like a normal salt and pepper grinder. However, just after 2 months of use, the plastic insert of the salt grinder knob broke off, and cannot grind at all anymore. It looks like a manufacturing error because the knob looks like it was hollowed out too much, and that's why the plastic insert came loose and broke off and cannot work anymore. I am highly disappointed because the product looks amazing on my counter and used to grind effectively with a problem. Also over time, the wood starts to discolor on both grinders.

Only half of my order was delivered. I've emailed 6 times with no response. None at all! I spent a lot of time trying to get thru by phone. No way to connect. VERY FRUSTRATED. This was a Christmas gift but now it's too late. Please refund!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I love the look and feel of the salt & pepper grinders - however, I received two white grinders. I was sent a replacement order and got two white grinders again. I tried to log into the support.Analon.com website to file a ticket, but it would not accept my Analon.com login. I tried to register on the support website, but it would not accept since my name was already used! I have tried every option on the 800 number and cannot get to a person — none of the options are for my problem. I have recently purchased several pieces of the Analon X cookware, which I love. this company is impossible to deal with and I cannot spend any more money with them is this is how they treat their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Elegant design! The marble tops make the grinders a little top-heavy.

Wrong merchandise and no way to contact Anolon

I purchased the set of salt/pepper grinders, expecting one to have a black top and one a white top. Instead, both have a white top, making it impossible to tell salt from pepper. What's worse, I haven't been able to reach Analon customer service via email or phone. Will not order from this company again.

Disappointed

Instead of getting a white and black one, we got 2 white ones. Customer service was not good either. Never was able to talk to a person. Super long phone message from them. All automated. Frustrating.

I like the look of them, but they are a little hard to grind!

Didn't Receive what I thought

Sadly the ones I received both had white tops...not easy to differentiate between salt and pepper...in the process of a return and hoping for the best as they were a guft...

Color not as pictured

Just received this item. The top of the pepper is not even close to the gray color pictured on the package.
