Look Beautiful and Keep the Morning Sun Out!!!

These drapes are beautiful. They look to be well made and after one year still look brand new. They truly are blackout and when closed, do not let in ANY sunlight. I highly recommend these drapes!

Curtain to cover sliding glass door

Seems to be good quality, the only thing I didn't like is the white rod to pull the curtain is located on the left, my door opens from the right. There is a loop to move the rod but it doesn't have the extra few inches that's on the left. They need to make both sides the same so you could use either side of the curtain.

These curtains were just the right thickness and so soft. They hang beautifully. The color was spot on. They help keep our house cooler in the heat. Looking forward to their keeping heat in this winter.

Well made.

The curtains seem to be well made and drape nicely. Of course they are a bit wrinkled, but I am sure the wrinkles will go when I wash them. I like the color as well. I got 2 patio width curtains for a 95 inch wide window, which is a bit wide for the window, but the next size down would not have been wide enough. The width does make nice pleats at the sides of the window when the curtain is opened.

Enjoying my new curtains.

I am so pleased with my curtains. They are for my sliding glass patio door. They are perfect for keeping the bright sun out and keeping the room warm. I have received so many compliments on them. I got rid of the slotted patio blinds for the curtains and am very pleased with the look.

Not as described

While the quality the item was as expected the sizing was not as described. It's states that it's 100" wide but when I went to hang it I found it was too narrow. After taking down and actually measuring the width the item was only 95" wide. I have since returned this item for a refund.

Color was from a different realm

I liked the fabric, and the panels hung well, but I just returned two panels today. I wanted white curtain. I ordered white curtains, but what I received were two dove gray panels. The clerk at Penney's was surprised that they were described as "white." The challenge of shopping online is the disparity between what you see on a website and what the product actually looks like when it arrives. No I will attempt to reorder in "pearl" which to me should be white. Unfortunately, I now will pay 50% more to replace the two with faulty color.

Doesn’t block all the light

The blackout curtain I purchased falls short of complete light blocking. Despite the intended purpose, some light manages to filter through, which could be a concern for those seeking total darkness. While the material and build are decent, the effectiveness in blocking out light might leave some users wanting a more reliable solution for enhanced darkness.

The best thing about these curtains is the price--reasonable for a set of 2 panels. The worst thing about them is trying to get the factory WRINKLES out of them (I don't have a steamer).

Noise Reduction & Energy Efficient Starting Point

I use as a white lining for visibility under other blackout curtain panels and it's perfect per most HOA guidelines if you need it (just verify before purchase). Best of both worlds noise reduction 25%,thermal and energy efficient just by itself.

Loved it so we purchased again in another color

I purchased the taupe and dark teal for our sliding doors. Super easy to install and they look more luxurious than they cost🤩 I may add a light weight to the bottom so they sit nicer. Sun block rating of 3 is accurate - the darker shades block slightly more sun of course. I would purchase these again!

Not as advertised

Not really complete blackout. They filter most light. But still a lot of light comes through the panels. They are good enough for now. Will need to find a better set that really does filter most light.

Cal Girl

What a good deal and price. Vibrant colors and great material. This is product is truly a game changer. It made a big impression on me and even my husband commented on how beautiful the room looks with the new panels. I am so glad I bought multiple colors. I will buy other colors. This is an inexpensive way to change the vibe and improve the atmosphere of a room.

Inexpensive and they keep the light out

These were the most inexpensive drapes I could find, unfortunately the hanger cost more than the drapes but everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had to raise the hanger by about 6 inches on either side to get the drapes to hang down to the floor, without bunching up underneath. my only complaint was that after I unwrapped the drapes, they were crumpled up, not at all like how they appeared in the image. I am going to have to iron them. I would have ordered these in blue or teal, but the price for anything other than satin was at least seven dollars more so I don’t get that at all. There is another set of curtains I can get where I can choose from several colors and the price is the same for all of them. The only difference is, these curtains were guaranteed to shut out about 80% of the light. The other curtains did not offer that. It doesn’t matter I’m very happy with these, and they were extremely easy to hang compared to the curtains that were there before.

A true blackout curtain

The Sun Zero Preston 100 is a true blackout curtain. We hung them immediately in our dining room and we're very pleased. These are lightweight, which is exactly what we were wanting. The taupe color is fine. It is a few shades off from our walls, but taupe is not an exact color but a blend anyway.

Verify I pleased, would buy again.

These are room darkening panels I bought in gray. I like my drapes full looking so I bought 2 of them to cover a patio door with room to cover about 6 niches extra wall on each side. They do the job I was hoping for. The winter was more mild than usual so the thermal quality of the drapes were not really put to the test. But I didn't notice any drafts sneaking through. Very pleased with this purchase.

stunning, substantial and affordable

boy am i happy i spotted these at the $19/panel price. i bought three panels in gray. all the windows in our living room face southwest so that room is warmer in the summer/colder in the winter. these are just perfect in that they are thick enough to block sun and heat but soft and drapey enough to work as interior drapes. the fabric is a smooth substantial polyester that feels almost like the peachskin or microsuede. hanging them was a breeze. the gray is a lovely neutral gray. now my casual farmhouse living room has been elevated to "Colonial-stately-elegant." 10/10 recommend.

We love it!

I was hesitant to order this panel because of other reviews wrinkled complaints. But we needed one panel for a sliding door. It is perfect for our needs. The color which is always a risk when ordering online, was perfect. I ordered STONE color. I was dreading trying to get the wrinkles out as we are both disabled. Ironing was just not an option. Washing first and hanging wet as most of my Facebook friends suggested makes it heavy so tried to avoid that. My husband got the rod up and then sat and steamed it with our hand held steamer. It worked wonders. I was so happy and also happy he did it. He said it was only fair since he was the one who wanted to change from vertical blinds. The bottom foot was tricky. He ended up putting up a portable carpenter's table and draping the bottom over it so it lifted the bottom higher. This made him able to steam the bottom. He said it was not a big deal at all. We both love the look of this curtain. It is by far better than a two pie e curtain . As far as the blackout feature, I really don't know. That didn't matter much to us. It is certainly not letting light in if that helps. Hope this helps someone.

1 Star

These were poorly made, with loose threads attached to stitching all over the drapery. There also were bits and scraps of fabric that fell out after I washed the drapery. While I expected there would be creases in the fabric that would be challenging to remove, I certainly didn't expect ones that looked like someone bunched up the fabric in their fist and shoved it into the exterior packaging. On the plus side there is a plastic pull pole that attaches to the fabric via a strap so you can open and close the drape without pulling on the fabric. Consistent with the workmanship of the rest of the drapery, the seams in the strap were unraveling and cut quite close to the stitching. I seared/melted those edges with a match so they would stop unraveling. If it wasn't so difficult to find a 1 piece drapery for a patio door in brown I would have returned it.

Great Looking & Energy Saving!

I’ve had this patio panel in Stone for my patio door for over a year. This color blends in with my wood floor & does well with various warm colors in my kitchen. I like that these are not total blackout but are total privacy. They let filtered light in beautifully. Perhaps only a shadow would be seen from the other side. They are energy efficient despite the thin, flowing material. They kept us much warmer on a drafty patio door through the winter and amazing at keeping my kitchen cooler in the summer. These offer a lot af bang for your buck! I am buying more in grey for another window!
