I like the vintage look & the color although it was not easy to assemble the seat goes up to allow you to use as a step up stool I think it would be ok to sit on but I wouldn't trust it as a ladder

It's just what I needed. Matches my decor, looks cute in my kitchen, and can be used as a spare counter-height chair for extra company. I also love that it gives me a stool to reach high shelves since I'm short. Very nice looking and sturdy.

Just what I needed

lightweight and a nice color. assembly required. It works well for me as a counter stool as it is easily movable.

I got this as a kitchen island seat for my 2 year old daughter and she loves it. I love that it easily converts to a step stool.

Several key parts missing

I like the look but it is no where near as sturdy as the one my grandmother had. The seat has plastic brackets! It was also difficult to put together.

Retro barstool

Purchased two for my kitchen island after reno. They match my decor and look great. My kids use them as ladders/step stools all the time. Light enough to move around but sturdy enough to allow a large adult to climb or sit. Love the retro feel. Easy assembly. Easy to clean. Fit perfectly at a counter height bar.

Arrived pretty quickly and I like the nostalgic look but didn’t love that the hinges on the seat are plastic, not metal. It’ll do, though.

Stylish and functional!

The step stool is exactly what we wanted for our two-year-old grandson's visits, and it looks so nice in our kitchen. When it arrived, the seat had a small flaw (only noticeable in the attached picture if you can zoom in) and was missing two medium-sized screws. After I provided the required documentation, COSCO responded within a few hours advising that replacement parts are on the way. I'm very pleased with the product and the service!

This stool and steps are perfect for the area it was needed .
