Poor quality - Don’t be fooled

I don’t know who is giving this thing 5 stars. Mine showed up with the top bar unusable. The top bar was rotated relative to its mounting brackets when welded, so it’s useless. Also, the brackets were bent. They are so thin and cheap that I was able to bend it back with one thumb. The packaging was perfect, so I know this is how they sent it out the door from the manufacturer. I contacted Teal Triangle for a replacement bar, and I’ve been waiting a week for something to ship. It’s “on order” and now I have a useless bike rack in my basement. For nearly $300, this poor quality control and laughably thin metal is unacceptable. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this rack, and I regret my purchase.

Quality build

This bike rack is well made and very easy to assemble. Wish I had bought one sooner.

Good product, poor packaging and construction

While I like the stand and it functions well, the shipment was missing some washers and some of the components arrived slightly bent. I was able to substitute some of the washers and carefully repair the shape but it made putting the stand together a lot more labor than I expected (in addition to what I consider slightly poor instructions).

Looks nice, serious quality problems.

It's ok. Not great for the price. Powder coating, 10/10 as it's well done. Definitely keep those employees. Machining? 3/10: holes don't line up well. May need to retrain some folks. QC before packing? 8/10: no damage to box, one bad part, and slow shipping to replace it so not happy with service. Welds are sloppy on several parts which I would accept from Harborfreight.com products, but not this. May need to retrain some welders...Aesthetics: 10/10. Labeled parts: 0/10: ikea does a better job. I am handy enough not to care, but it's sloppy for the price. Manual? 5/10- easier with labeled parts and a finished picture. Weight: excellent weight and feels sturdy. QC not satisfactory for a US product.

Assembly was pretty straight forward. Rack is sturdy and well designed. Great to have the bikes off the floor and walls!

Solidly built

The bike stand is sturdy. It fits my 2 electric gravel bikes, an XL full suspension mountain bike a hard tail. No way I could fit a 5th bike on the stand though.

Great quality, great company.

The quality of the rack is great, using high grade materials and excellent finish. It also had ease of assembly and went together in about 15 minutes. I was able to get 4 bikes on it comfortably, three of them with wide handlebars. Sadly the rack did not work for the space I had and I had to return it. I contacted Teal Triangle and they were happy to take the rack back and provided a shipping label. I received a refund within days of them receiving it back. Quality product, outstanding customer service.

Exactly what we were looking for.

Fits perfectly in our garage. Sturdy and well made. The assembly was a bit tricky however we got it done and it’s perfect.
