Happy TEMPUR-Ergo 3.0 Adjustable Base & ProAdapt

We are overall happy with the purchase and the delivery of the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo® 3.0 Adjustable Base and the ProAdapt 12-inch split king (twins XLs). The Costco custom-version was initially what I thought I wanted. It wasn’t until Shawn and Jake took their time to help us understand the differences between the Costco version and the Mattress Firm version that helped me understand that Mattress Firm actually has the better “value” for matching both our needs and budget. Costco may perfectly match some people but for us, the better value was Mattress Firm.

Happy with our purchase but not the way we got it

Very pleased with the product, however, the first delivery of our two mattresses showed that one of the mattresses had a factory defect and we had to await another delivery. Although NFM had the mattresses in stock, they did not bring another mattress out until seven days later and my husband had to sleep in a recliner as we disposed of our old bed for the delivery. That was not good. The mattress comes with a cooling pad, but use of the recommended mattress cover negates that feature and also slips and slides on the mattress top when you move on it. The mattress is very comfortable and we are pleased with the purchase.

I am so impressed with this new bed. Thank you so much Sam for all your efforts in finding a mattress that would fit my extreme needs. Meaning the ability to sleep in a bed that actually helps my Sleep apnea!
