Like that you can take some fill out for a softer feel. Pillowcases tend to slip off - so just be aware of that.

This pillow needed to have a bit more support and not sink so easily. A solid very good one but not perfect. The cooling pillow case is great!

Had my first tempur pedic pillow for 20 years and was time for a new one. Even though not exactly the same as the original it is nice you can adjust the fill to fit what you want.

This pillow was such a disappointment. I like the idea of it being adjustable but there was nothing great about it. And it sucks that they don't offer refunds bc this was not good.

Not at all what I expected from Tempur-Pedic

I liked the idea that it was adjustable but there's nothing special about this pillow. It doesn't feel plush comfortable and no pressure relief (how they describe it). I called the same day I received it to see if by chance I could get a refund but that was a no.

I am very disappointed with your product. The cooling doesn't go through the pillowcases. And I ordered medium firm and I feel the pillows are hard. So I am not very happy.

They cool, at first and then I rotate it to get a new cool spot.

Love the cooling gel tempuedic pillow . Previous one was tempupedic but not cooling gel and lasted over 10 years . This one is so nice thinking will buy the mattress topper as well
