Good chair. Had two repeat issues fixed

This is a comfortable chair. I've had it for 10 years. The padding is still in good shape, but I've had the same issue twice. The internal parts of the back are made of plastic and twice after about 5 years they snapped making the back no longer sturdy. The first time it was replaced under warranty. This time I couldn't find any documentation.

Best chair ever

This is my second Tempur-Pedic chair, the first one bought a decade ago. I put in long hours in front of the computer and this chair holds up extremely well. There has never been an issue with the mechanism - it's very solid. The lumbar support is excellent and the memory foam stays comfortable. I'm biased but think this is the best chair sold by Staples.

Seat Cushion is not what it used to be!

I bought this same chair December 2011 and now again September 2023 so 12 years of using it some 8 hours per day and it's been AWESOME! Bought a new one and the seat cushion has me sitting on the wooden base within 1 month of use. It's basically like the cushion of the 12 year old chair is now if not worse. I just don't get it. Everything looks exactly the same but definitely disappointed and will be contacting customer service to inquire as to what can be done. Love the chair otherwise but this is just NOT OK at this point.

The seat itself is not as cushiony I weigh 200. Lb and after like 15 minutes my but starts to hurt it’s already put together was hoping to exchange it

All quality, All adjustments

Everything is quality from steel to fabric. All adjustments are available. The fixed shape of the variable height lumbar support may not be preferred over the flexible support on the otherwise same chair with a web back.

It's a really nice chair but...

It's a really nice chair however the directions are incomplete. For example, the backrest post in my picture has grooves but the one in their image does not. It was hard to determine whether the grooved end should go into the backrest or the mechanism. Also, I am usually able to put things together by myself but I needed to get help on a few things. Even my husband struggled to put in the 2 casters I couldn't manage to put in myself.

Great chair that is very comfortable for full work days. I borrowed my wife's chair when I started work from home during pandemic. Today I bought myself the same chair after sitting in it for 10 hours a day for several years.

Annoying

I bought this chair and really liked the comfort, but the chair height will not stay in place, it keeps lowing to the lowest height, and I have to constantly raise it up. It is very annoying doing this all day long.

Great chair

I bought this chair a long time ago from staples. With back problems I can sit in this chair all day with no soreness. It has stand ed up to the test of time. The fabric has no wear at all. Only thing that happened I leaned hard on the left arm rest and it cracked the vinyl. It is worth the money!!

Thus is the second one I’ve purchased in 15 years. I did try a different chair that was less expensive but it wasn’t adjustable & definitely uncomfortable. When I was able I order this second chair and it’s very comfortable & because it’s adjustable I’ve been able to use it for my sewing chair as well a my office chair

Just Average

Bought this in February it is now June and it is finally comfortable to sit on.... the memory foam was extremely hard at first like sitting on wood. Needed a pillow to sit with it. I would have returned it if I could at that point... but could not as it was not in re-sellable condition as I put it all together already. So glad it finally softened up so I could have a better day at work!

A too-long-overdue investment

This is a remarkable chair, a too-long-overdue investment. It comes with a 10-year warranty – 4,000 hours of experiencing this is well worth the price. Firm yet exceptionally comfortable. Gives great support and adjusts every which way. Assembly is actually simple, although it might seem intimidating at first. Everything goes together with the included tool. Just take your time with the diagram and identify the various bits. I’ve had this now for a month now and am super comfortable with the purchase. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

Not great quality-not very comfortable

I sit at my desk for 10 hours a day. I was starting to get pain in the back of my legs. My boss bought this same chair about six years ago and she still has it. I thought hers was very comfortable and it seems to be aging well, and still in very good shape -she uses it daily for 8 to 10 hrs. a day also—, so I decided to get one for myself. This one is not the same as hers. Same brand, same exact chair, but much cheaper quality. The memory foam is not nearly as soft and the fabric is VERY rough and itchy. I have a Tempur-pedic mattress on my bed and the cushion on this chair is not even close in comfort. This cushion is not a Tempur-pedic. Otherwise, everything works fine. It is not very comfortable at all. It is not too hard to put together.

Excellent chaire

This is an excellent chair, I've had one for close to a year and this one was for my wife who needed a new chair. She tried mine and kept it until her's came in.
