Dissatisfied and disappointed

I ordered two similar items , one came defective. The customer service was kind to send replacement item free of charge, but it came deffective too. It's not a cheap item (50$), but it is a cheap quality if two out of three items come with deffect. The brand promise is high end items, but I don't see it come through.

Terrace 3 tier jewelry tray

Love my jewelry tray very modern looks great on my dresser.

Elegant with lots of storage!

Just swapped my old jewelry box for this Terrace tray and it’s so good! It’s surprisingly spacious and the 3 tiers allow for different placement and you can remove trays as you need to customize! Love that there are also different sized compartments to hold dainty jewelry and large pieces too! It looks high end (the wood is gorgeous) and the linen liner is such a nice touch. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quality jewelry holder that has ample room for all your faves!

Not a quality product

I received this item as a gift, and the alignment of the trays is completely off. They don’t stack or slide properly at all.
