Exactly what I needed for the porch! Filled one w basil plants and other w strawberries - all plants look healthy several weeks later now. Highly recommend buy PVC pipe to put in middle for support.

The only "instructions" consist of a single diagram of placing tiers on top of each other. That was obvious without a picture. What was not obvious was how to block the center hole while planting, especially since it was recommended on Youtube to start plants and then stack the tiers. I solved that by making a temporary "pole" for each tier with rolled cardboard. I blocked the drain holes with wetted-down coffee filters, and this worked well. Did not understand how to use the stacky with a pole at first, but was able to purchase a PVC pipe that fits well and will use ring clamps under each tier to raise the tiers up high.. Also, the bottom drip tray did not fit the planter. However, I don't expect to need drip trays until fall, when it will be disassembled and moved to the deck.

I needed something for an herb garden I could keep right outside the kitchen door for easy access. Holds 12 herbs and there is enough space to keep a nice selection going all summer and into the fall.
