The clear plastic bag inside of the bag they were shipped in was intact, but the shipping bag came ripped - concerning. The pillows are a beautiful barely aqua blue, only they are much deeper than what you see online (on any site, b/c I found them on a few-and all the pix are light, not just on Houzz), and they are too dark for my purposes, which is matching them with other pillows that contain a certain slightly lighter aqua-ish blue. Sad, they completely matched when I pasted their online pix together during my research, but not when I got them. I included my pic of a pillow. It still doesn't photograph as dark as it appears in person, so I probably sound crazy. I guess you have to see for yourself. If you want a pillow even a little deeper than the pic I took, go for it. It's beautiful. The pillows are not stuffed full. They're underfilled a little, if you like that casual look. Okay w/ me. Okay now I'm going to take a 2nd pic to show more. Oh, this one shows the real color much, much better! They should use one like this on their website!

The product title is a little misleading. Fringe on this pillow isn't really fringe, it's just an unfinished edge.

Gorgeous look, but the insert is pretty noisy & crunchy-feeling. I've been using these for 3 years on my primary couch, and they have fallen apart. The corners tear, the fringe comes off, and I am forever picking up feathers all over the place. Really only good as decorative pillows.

This pillow is the perfect grey with a hint of blue. The promo images make it looks little brighter, but it’s actually a very muted colour. The down fill is good, no feathers poking from the pillow, and it fits well. The mini pom-poms are sweet, but subtle. The rest of the pillow is a linen-type texture… not overly smooth, but definitely not rough. Only concern was the price, but I didn’t have to buy a separate down insert, so that makes it much more reasonable.

Ordered 2 blue-gray linen 20x20 pillows for our beige sofa in guest room. Nice soft neutral color, well-packaged, arrived quickly. Esp. like the back zippers to remove covers for cleaning.

Great customer Service from this company, and nice pillow. Pillow came with a broken zipper and was promptly replaced. Truly terra cotta colour. I would recommend these pillows for sure.

This is a quality pillow in a luxury linen fabric (almost like a silk-like linen, ie not totally matte, but matte enough to still be linen if that makes sense). The olive color is gorgeous and totally what I was looking for to match with camo-gray sofa in living room. YES! Highly recommend, especially at this sale price.

Lovely, beautiful, perfect size. Rose color is really just pink. Smell another reviewer wrote will go away it's because pillow is stuffed with real feathers.
