I bought the WARMI Smart Heated Throw expecting a premium product that worked seamlessly, but it turned out to be a complete hassle. The main issue was syncing it to Wi-Fi. I followed every step exactly as instructed, but it kept throwing errors. When I contacted customer support, they told me the throw required a 2. 4 GHz connection—not 5 GHz, which is what my Wi-Fi uses. So, I had to call my provider, Cox, to split my network into 2. 4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Even after that, it still wouldn’t connect.
