This company has awesome customer support! We received our Texas flag quickly. Upon opening it, we noticed the star was not pointed upright and figured it was a defect so we put it back in the package for return. We did not have our pole setup yet and forgot all about the return for 60 days. When I contacted the seller, they quickly apologized and said they would send a replacement with no need for return. They asked for a picture, I assume to follow up with their quality department. While laying the flag out for the pic, I realized it was upside down and flipped it over. This made the Lone Star perfectly positioned.
