Thank you for sending such healthy, strong trees! The package was delivered, leaning up against the front door for at least three hours, and some of the soil was dislodged, but they showed no sign of shock, and seem to be doing very well. Easy set-up/install. The only thing I would have liked to see changed would be measurements in in...
Easy set-up/install. The only thing I would have liked to see changed would be measurements in inches, not metric, considering we are in the U.S. Also, screws provided for mount to back of TV were too short, forcing me to have to make a run to the hardware store to pick up longer screws.

The directions are a little confusing, as there are two assembly options, but there's no information on what the outcome of the two option are.
Too many pieces could not figure out how to put together directions were just pics and not good ones. Realized even if I got it together it would have to be installed in wood beam or block wall
