Thought I was getting used booksVery pleasantly surprised to receive a new set in mint condition. So far a good read

Typos

I'm enjoying these books, but there are some typos. It isn't the end of the world, but coming across the typos still kind of disturbs the reading experience.

The books were in great condition, I was surprised to receive the organizing box (unfortunately not in great shape but holding on!).

I ordered this for my daughter in prison and she said the pages were falling out of it. We cannot return or exchange it because of where it went.

Enjoyable read

Wow!!!!! The first book left me speechless, can't wait to finish the trilogy. N.K. Jemisin can WRITE. This would make a good gift for anyone who is into post-apocalyptic/alternate societies. If you liked Hunger Games as a teen, you'd probably like this as an adult. Be warned it gets SUPER dark. But there's enough light to balance it out. And the price is amazing for all three books.

Had to buy the trilogy!

I bought the first book, about halfway through reading I knew it was going to be an incredible trilogy. Finished the first one and can't wait to read the second and third!

I am enjoying the read.

I am only through 1/4 of the first book but it is intriguing to me how it is setting up. I find myself wanting more time to continue reading and that is a good sign.
