Very pleased with the chair.

it has a comfortable seat and the slide mechanism is valuable for people of different thigh lengths. Includes all the controls you could want though some are not obvious how to control because it's not in the documentation. A simple web search found a video demonstrating all the controls. Note: the controls on the "low-back" chair are different than on the "mid-back" chair. Be clear that you want a low-back task chair which is very different than a more standard mid-back chair.

Very disappointing

At the top of the chair wear the mesh is held by a plastic piece it make s cackling plastic sound and since it is near my ear it is loud and annoying. I have contacted Hon twice about warranty and get canned responses. I understand that products sometimes have problems but this warranty they tout is useless when they won't respond meaningfully to a problem. In my situation right now it is too much trouble to return.

Very Comfortable Chair

The chair was very comfortable and had most of the features a good chair should have, Great features. However, the chair did not have the 3-way pivoting arm rests, which is why we had to return it. Otherwise, great chair for the money.

Everything I was looking for in a daily-driver task chair: huge range of adjustability, breathable mesh back, great recline mechanism, movable seat pan. The cushion could be softer, but, all told, this is a solid package. What's more, the Wayfair buying experience was unbeatable!

COMFORTI am petite at 5'2" and required a chair that could really adjust. I got the chair with adjustable arms, seat glide and synchro tilt. Love all the adjustable options though I'm still not quite sure what synchro tilt really is. I'm a graphic designer and work from home often so this chair gets a lot of use. It's very comfortable! I just needed to add a footstool. My back pain caused by my previous chair has disappeared!ASSEMBLYAssembly was super quick. The instructions are printed on the box (which I didn't notice until after I set it up). It comes in 3 pieces, so pretty much anyone can figure it out.DELIVERYWhen I ordered it, the delivery date was almost a month later. Great chair - really comfortable, and easy to put together

The chair gets a "Just what I need" 5-star rating because what I needed was a comfortable and solid work chair, and Wayfair's customer service was top-notch once the chair was received. Shipping is a caveat emptor. The chair was supposed to ship on May 8th for delivery on May 10th, with an email "heads-up" to come when shipped. Chair arrived May 2 (with no notification of shipment change date). Inspection of the chair showed some scratching in metal and plastic parts of the chair that could have been avoided had the star-base of the chair (metal and plastic) been wrapped before boxing. Wayfair offered me a new chair or a 10 % discount on the price paid. So in the end, I've got a $631.00 chair at well over 66 % off and I'll live with the scratches and dings (which could have been avoided if more care was taken in packaging for shipping). Less
