I liked the quality and was the color I needed

PW (long) basting spoon is a good buy

Spoon works great as a serving spoon, as a spoon to mix things, and when stirring hot dishes such as gravy. Strong material %26 cleans easily by hand or in dishwasher.

these are nice however I was expecting the rubberized material instead of the hard plastic and they're larger than they look in the picture but still cute

Nice but as a flaw on the handle .

I liked how flat the spoon is , But , where the handle is there are hairline cracks where the rivets are . I live way to far to return the spoon so guess I will be holding onto it and hope the handle doesn't break all the way . Jugging from construction I would guess they are all that way .

I LOVE Pioneer Women products. The spoon is beyond great. I do not have to worry about it scratching my pans which I love. I can use it for cooking eggs to making stew and it’s literally perfect for anything. I highly recommend it.

I’m not sure if I like this basting spoon, yet. I’ve used it twice now, and it’s just so big to be called a basting spoon. I’d consider it more for serving.

Great spoon!

This Pioneer Woman Basting Spoon is the best addition to my kitchen. I love to cook and always have the need for a larger spoon. This spoon is very long and is perfect for mixing and sauteing dishes. It is not a ladle, so it is not made for soups. It has a rubber handle tip and base that is in a beautiful teal color. The Pioneer Woman logo is engraved on the back of the item on the metal of the handle. I have used this basting spoon numerous times with items of very high heat and it has not shown any damage at all. I have also used it when making spaghetti sauce and have not had the rubber pieces keep the red color, even after washing. I do not have a dishwasher and only handwash my dishes so I cannot say how this product stands up to when used by a dishwasher, but it says it is dishwasher safe. This is a highly recommended product!

Pretty Serving Spoon

Pioneer Woman kitchen utensils are always fun to have around. The floral patterns and bright colors add fun to a kitchen. This basting/serving spoon is a good size and weight. The quality seems to be good. This would make a great hostess gift along with a floral kitchen towel.

Excellent serving spoon!

I used my spoon for a pasta dish. It was very easy and strong to stir and scoop with. The base of the spoon was wide and served a nice portion. It was very easy to clean up on the spoon as well. I would buy another!

Nice Basting Spoon

Having a large family means I have to make more meals at home. My family loves to cook and we are always looking for new gadgets to help make out cooking experience a little easier. I decided to give the Pioneer Woman frontier collection basting spoon a try. The basting spoon is made out of nylon, stainless steel and ABS plastic. I love that it has stainless steel so it does not rust. The spoon part and the handle are a beautiful teal color. The back of the spoon has pioneer woman stamped in the stainless. One thing I love about this basting spoon is the length. I so often find cooking utensils to be way too short. This basting spoon give enough length so that I do not burn my hand while skimming fat off my chili, pouring au jus over my pot roast or basting my pork loins. The basting spoon seems to be a good quality and holds up to use. I like that it doesn’t scratch up any of my non scratch pans. Another thing that I like is that it is dishwasher saft on the top shelf, making dishes easier. I definitely would give the Pioneer Woman basting spoon a try if you are looking for a reliable basting spoon for cooking with. Plus the Pioneer Woman cookware is a brand I trust.

So nice to cook with

The “Pioneer Woman Frontier Collection Nylon Basting Spoon” is a really nice addition to my kitchen. I wasn’t exactly sure what a basting spoon was or how it’s supposed to use, but I actually really like the spoon. The back of the packaging says use the spoon to skim fat from broth and braised dishes but I really like to use this spoon to mash up ground beef while making spaghetti and other recipes. This spoon is big enough to be able to serve a good amount of food on to your plate. I was using this spoon while making a big pot of soup but had some difficulty trying to serve the soup with the spoon because it’s not very deep so it wouldn’t hold a lot of the broth. This spoon is made of nylon 66, stainless steel and ABS. The packaging says that this spoon is dishwasher safe but only on the top rack and do not use in the microwave. I have placed this spoon in the dishwasher and it came out great. I really like that the handle of the spoon is super strong and not flimsy which allows you to really get in there and break apart meat so easily.

Beautiful and practical

You can never have too many spoons in your kitchen. This one is weighty, solid, and sturdy, and feel great in your hand. I love the gorgeous teal blue color, and know I will get lots of compliments when people see it. I can tell it will last a long time, as it seems very durable and well made. I am using it mostly for stirring and serving, especially because it is so pretty and easy to maneuver. I would absolutely recommend this awesome basting spoon for your kitchen!

Nice basting spoon …. It does the job . My kids however insist on using this spoon to mix . It’s a big spoon so you can it works for gravies and melting butter you can use it . I used for basting a turkey breast I cooked recently .

I love all products from The Pioneer Woman. They are always the best quality and look nice as well. The teal color of this spoon is so lovely!! The handle is sturdy and very comfortable to hold. The spoon is nice and long, which makes it very convenient for many different uses. It says it's a basting spoon, but I will use it for other things most of the time. It's certainly long enough to be a great turkey basting spoon, but the spoon itself isn't quite deep enough for me to use it over a regular baster. It's great for everything else though like scrambled eggs and all one pot meals. I've had this for over a week and I use it almost every day. Really love the quality and large size.

Great Spoon!

. The spoon is shallow but wide so it can fit in the areas it needs to yet hold plenty of liquid. I use this for more than basting. It has been a great spoon for serving out of the crock pot and more.

Cute color

The spoon is nice. It's not a deep spoon like a ladle, it's more for just stirring food. I like the color, its vibrant! And solid so its not too specific for a kitchen design. I would buy more to use in my kitchen.

Nice, Sturdy Basting Spoon

This Pioneer Woman Nylon Basting Spoon (teal) is a nice basting spoon! It's big. It gets the job done. I like that it is dishwasher safe. This teal color matches well with my other Pioneer Woman kitchen items. This color is bright and trendy. This spoon is great quality. The handle is sturdy. It's made of metal and I think nylon. "Pioneer Woman" is inscribed on the back of the spoon. The bottom/scooper part is nylon. It kind of feels like heavy duty plastic. Nylon spoons can usually withstand heat up to 400 degrees. This spoon works well for scooping up meat juices and things and it can also work as a big serving spoon (for casseroles, pasta, etc.)

The Pioneer Woman Large Basting Spoon

This Pioneer Woman large basting spoon is very sturdy. The actual spoon part is made of a hard silicone which is great for not scratching your pots and pans. I love that it doesn’t bend like a lot of these spoons. I also love the ‘fat’ handle which makes it feel safe to not slip in your hand.
