I ordered this item, and it was received as well packed. However i literally opened the item today after 6 months to actually use it I saw the lid of the product has broken at the edges of 3 sides and its made of poor plastic. Disappointed with the Pioneer Women product. Now I am unable to return this item as its been more than 3 months.

It was broken in the box. Both casserole dishes were broken

Poor packaging

The product was great..arrived broken because was shipped in paper

broken items. i love the design, size is great.

i baught 2 of tbese. tjey both came in broken. the box had damage to it. you could tell something heavy had been setting on the box.

Pretty pan with lid

I really like Pioneer Women so pretty and good quality but great prices. This pan is a perfect size for what i needed. I would recommend buying this pan and it comes with a lid.
