I got this pan for a gift and after only a couple uses the finish on bottom went off. After telling them how good the carbon steel pans were felt bad giving as a gift.

This pan has been great! It heats up quickly and is very non-stick. Pan rinses clean easily with just water and a light scrub. The looped handle helps with moving the pan, it can get a bit heavy when it is filled with food. However, with the extra handle it is a bit too big to fit in my drawers. I would still recommend purchasing, but I need to reorganize my kitchen to find it a new home!

I've been looking for an affordable carbon steel pan for a while now and this fits the bill! I'm a couple uses in so far and everything has been nicely non-slip. The pan heats up quickly and rinses clean well. I would definitely recommend this pan for anyone looking to switch to carbon steel!

This is great Carbon Steel frypan. 2 mm thickness works well. Pancakes, steaks, & stir fry are easier to cook. One need to understand how to control heat. Medium low setting is ideal if cooking on electric stove. One should let the pan heat up to desired temperature. Easy to clean if food ever sticks to it. Heat the pan with water in it & use a wood spatula to scrap it.
