A great value and an attractive piece of furniture

The ottoman is perfect for the purpose we chose it. Perfect size, perfect color, solid construction and a great value. It works with the chair we bought it to sit with. It is of solid construction and can serve as an extra seat when there are more people than seats. It is also the right height for the high furniture cushion soi it provides great support for the legs of an older person (which I am). It is also heavier than I expected which means it won't roll over or slide (when on carpet) when you put your feet up! It has "feet" which screw on that can be removed if you want it to slide.

Great ottoman

I wanted to keep this but it was too big for where I needed it and there wasn’t a better place for it, so I reluctantly returned it but definitely would’ve kept it if I had the room. The faux leather looked and felt really nice. It was solidly build but not too heavy. I also liked the thimble shape. The color was as pictured - a nice shade of saddle brown. I can’t speak to the durability but I would buy it again if ever I needed an ottoman.
