No one close to my area for warranty or repair work and when they do find someone takes forever. Alos hard to get parts and responses for THOR on correct parts.

Great stove, conversion to Propane straightforward

Lowes made a mistake and sent the natural gas stove and would not replace it. I was able to get the conversion kit from Thor and the stove works wonderfully now.

Amazing Build and Quality

I bought this a year ago for our new house and I couldn't wait to test it out. Coming from an induction setup to a gas range was definitely the move. I had to pair it with the fridge and the washer and microwave!

Great 48 inch gas range for fraction of the price

Purchase about 6 months ago - looking for a 48inch gas range for a reasonable price when compared to some of the more high end models from Viking, etc. This Thor range has been everything and more since purchasing. Contractor was very impressed at the quality and price when he helped hooking up the gas line. Great value A+

The stove arrived in good shape and looks great, but we've had some issues with it and can get NO support from Thor. Local people who have seen one let alone know how to diagnose/treat issues are nonexistent and Thor corporate support isn't exactly there either. For such a spendy purchase I would've hoped for more and now we're stuck with a huge stove with non functioning ovens and are out thousands.

Thor Kitchen - 48 inch gas range

I love this stove. I have used electric my entire life, and my husband wanted to get a gas stove. I am a true convert now. This stove cooks beautifully, and it is quick. The clean-up is easy, as the covers come off with no problem. The overhead fan is spectacular, it truly draws in the entire heat, smell, and steam while cooking. I don't know why I waited so long to go gas, but I'm glad I did, as I probably wouldn't have this stove now. I truly love my 48" gas range.

I bought thus two weeks ago and couldn't be more thrilled. I've been waiting 15 years for this oven and it's exactly what I wanted. I can now cook, bake, and do canning and even dehydrate all at the same time. It add so much more functionality and of course beauty to my kitchen. My husband is thrilled and so am I. This is the centerpiece to my kitchen and my family and friends will all get to enjoy what I get to make on it. I'm just so happy!!❤️❤️

We are so happy with our range and we highly recommend it if you are into cooking and using griddle also. The dual ovens come handy for baking different sizes.

Broke after 6 months

Broke after 6 months. Customer support took a month to get approved then the repair guy came out and broke it more. Now customer support won’t answer emails or phone calls for over a month and I am left with an expensive broken oven. If you can buy anything else, I would highly recommend it. The items may be good but the support is terrible if you have to use it.

Bad thermostat knobs

I loved this stove until I realized the push, then turn knows for the over & grill thermostats started becoming loose after the first year. At year 4 my second knob has broken off and you have to replace the entire thermostat. With professional service, that is a $500 fix.

Just bought it and had it installed in a few hrs and running. Super easy set up infact the toughest part was getting the stickers off. Lit right up and now breaking it in and can't wait to cook some big meals.

We got this in time to use for the Thanksgiving holiday. It did a great job of handling multiple cooks and dishes going at the same time. It’s a beautiful addition to our kitchen!

Do NOT buy

You’ll notice the only good reviews were collected as part of a promotion. Purchased in 2020 I was excited to have my dream range at a fraction of the price of the better models. It’s just garbage, not worth $700 let alone the thousands we paid. Neither oven holds its temp fluctuating up to 75 degrees at all times. every time it’s used it’s a guessing game. We’ve had it repaired 4x,it still doesn’t work. Ovens are VERY small. Cooktop is impossible to clean. Counting the days til I can get a Wolf
