Poor customer service

I have been trying to get help with my order for days. TinyLand put the wrong delivery address and FedEx was calling me to try to have it corrected. I could not have them fix address because TinyLand put a restriction on it. I tried and tried to email, message, and instagram chat for help with absolutely no response. In the end I disputed the charge with my credit card. Absolutely horrible customer service

Item is perfect.

Item is great. Having all of the pieces made it even better. Unlike the one I purchased from Amazon. That was missing a few poles. However; after 30 days I feel you all need to reimburse the fee that you all charge for “shipping insurance”. That is what I’m going to call it. I paid for shipping. Now the three dollars from every customer adds up.

Product issue and poor customer service

We received the Montessori 5 in 1 climber set as a Christmas gift. It gave us and our toddler splinters as we attempted to put it together. The wood edges were not at all smooth. See photos below. We contacted customer service about the issue and were told they would send replacement parts. But they have never been sent to us. I’ve emailed them 3 additional times since Christmas and was told the items are still on back order. However on their website this product is available for purchase and will arrive within 7-10 days so clearly their customer service personnel are not being honest and never had any intention of sending replacement parts. It’s been 5 months since we were gifted this product and are frustrated that this thoughtful Christmas gift turned out to be a huge waste of money.

great climbing in an indoor area

16 month old quickly picked up the skills needed to climb and slide on this apparatus. its perfect for a small area yet gives him plenty of room to develop his climbing and balancing skills.

We odered the 5&1 and then told the padding wasnt available and still isn’t. Web site not user friendly

It’s very sturdy and well made.

Never left the warehouse. Customer service said it was ups’ fault. I did receive a replacement but the condition of the box is horrendous. Wish I could upload pictures!

READY TO PLAY!

Purchased for my grandson for Christmas and put it together immediately so it would be ready for play immediately. All of the parts were there and properly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. A second set of hands would have made it a little faster and easier to put together, but I was able to get it done on my own fairly easily. It's nice and solid. Can't wait for him to be able to climb and slide and play! Just waiting on the pad I ordered to complete it, so he can rock and read books when he finally gets tired.

I love it

I had been eyeing this play gym for months but was going to wait to buy because my son wasn’t old enough for it. Then Tiny Land had their Black Friday sale so I added it to his Christmas list and my friend got it for him. I am pleasantly surprised! It is big and sturdy. It took me 2.5 hours to assemble myself but it wasn’t difficult. I love that you can change the layout around and use the pieces in different ways. I’m really happy with it. I see one of the train sets in my son’s future and will be buying it from Tiny Land.

Easy to assemble

Bought this after visiting a friends house. My daughter wouldn't get off of the slide! Easy to put together and very well made.

Still have yet to receive item. The shipping label has been created since 11/21, but ups has yet to receive the shipment. It’s been three weeks! I’ve contact customer service but they were little to no help!

Love the 5 in 1 climbing set

We bought this wonderful set for our grandson who will be turning 1 soon. He loves it. We love watching him play and learn coordination skills. This set offers all of this and so much more. Seeing his parents get excited when he conquers new skills has been a joy to all of us.

Arrived damaged

My item arrived damaged. If I let my child play on this she would for sure end up with splinters or worse. Customer service was initially responsive but has since ghosted me about a replacement. Very disappointed.

BUY IT!

Very easy to put together. The pieces are the perfect size and the finish on the wood is exactly what I wanted. I spent months researching and ended up purchasing this set, very happy with it. It was by far the best price on the market versus comparable sets.

My child loves this

My daughter had played with this at a friends house before, and loved it, so we knew we needed to get her own. She goes up and down the slide all day long, even sending toy animals and cars down the slide for entertainment. We did notice a small chip on the wood on the slide part, and after a few quick emails to customer service, they sent a replacement part out in 2 days at no cost. Highly recommend this product. The set up while looking intimidating with all the parts and screws, took about an hour and was easy to follow along.

Amazing toy

I‘m so happy with this purchase. My daughter learned so much with it already and I’m excited to see what else she‘ll come up with. It’s so good for her development and keeps her occupied for so long.
