Don’t bother buying the protection

Just a heads up that if you buy the protection it won’t do anything for you. Part of my tunnel arrived with a ripped seem. I wrote to customer service immediately, sent pictures, and was later informed that their factory stated that “ the interface is normal. They have also assured us that the internal wiring can be adjusted if necessary to ensure proper function.” That doesn’t solve the problem and creates an opportunity for my toddler to now have access to said wire. This is disappointing.

Bought for granddaughter’s birthday

Have not opened yet as her birthday is the end of May. I anticipate she’ll love it. No balls for ball pit included and other reviews suggested the ball pit is large. I ended up getting 900 balls but I don’t know if that is too many and the balls will start spilling into the tunnel. That depends on how high the lip is at the tunnel. Worse case her parents will be hunting balls for weeks!

Great aesthetic and durability

It’s bigger than I expected and did not fit in small room but you can pick and choose how to design. It’s nice to change it up for my toddler . She especially loves the crawl in tunnel. It’s a must have 🫶

Our baby loves this!!

This is such a fun product for babies. Our little one thinks it is so much fun to play in! We have used it as a ball pit so far. Once she is able to crawl we will be attaching the crawl tunnel for her. It was easy to put together, it just opens up when you unpack it. It is very sturdy and safe for her to be in while I am in the kitchen cooking dinner or cleaning bottles.

The tunnel was narrow and flimsy!! Collapsed easily!!! Very cheap.

Great purchase

Very big and good quality. The color is just as pictured and perfectly gender neutral. My 11 month old loves the tunnels and ball pit. Definitely worth the money.

Large but smells at first

Very large and works well. Wasn’t hard to set up but I should have let it all sit outside to out has a little. The plastic smell was gnarly when I first set it up.

Fun but set up takes a bit longer than expected

There are poles to put into one of the tents and you have to tie each tunnel to tents. Takes me about 15-20 minutes to get completely set up.

Quality

Overall, this is a good playland for toddlers. Although, I think the ball pit "net" material is too flimsy. The tall, pointed tent held up by the black poles did tip over when my toddler tried to hold on to the poles. As with any young child, adult supervision is recommended.

Quality fabric and lots of fun!

I bought this for our grandchildren to enjoy and the fabric quality thus far is outstanding. The only problem is that our 18 month old figured out how to take out the stakes that hold the dome tent and it did have a disconnect of one that we were able to repair (hope it holds). Not sure that there is anything that could be changed in the design, rather teaching a child to not pull them out. So perhaps 18 months on their own to play with not wise and that would be the dome tent. But we think it is amazing and I would highly recommend!
