Inconsistent wood color, like two different items

Wanted to love this, but the wood doesn't even match itself, poor quality control, and the cushion is a yellow/vanilla not beige and super thing, just looks terrible, returning it ASAP.

Two of the same arm legs sent

I could not figure out how to put this together. It did not make sense. I finally had to hire a handyman. He informed me that I was sent two of the same sides of the bench and that is why it wasn't working. Unfortunately, I discovered this too late for a return because I had broken my leg and couldn't work on it. He will do some drilling and come up with a way to get it to work because I do like the color and style.

Damaged items

Damaged items received. The wood is damages at several spots, also many wood planks are barely sanded and are not smooth. The color does not match at all the description and pictures, looks almost like it's not painted.

Colors don’t match the picture.

Colors do not match the picture. The bench seems to be of decent quality but the stain on ours was a reddish color rather than dark wood and the cushion was an ivory color rather than white. We specifically bought this bench because of the color scheme and while it’s far from the end of the world, it’s not what we expected. Now we need to restrain.

Looks nice. I assembled it myself in about thirty minutes. I added another coat of teak oil since I use it outside in the hot sun. I plan to get another one.

This bench was lovely and very affordable! We did treat it with polyurethane spray, as it is outside all of the time. Would definitely recommend! A little disappointed with the “cushion”that came with it. It’s more like a thin pad, but it’s ok. And I received it in TWO days, and free shipping!
