Excellent tiles.

Ordering was very straightforward. Shipping was surprisingly fast. The slate color tiles look very nice and were easy to install. What more is there to say.

This flooring looks great and is very well made. That said, the packaging sucks. I bought 4 boxes and about a full box worth of the tiles were unusable. The boxes arrived at my door with corners ripped off and many tiles were chipped because theres no padding protecting the tiles. The seller needs to improve the packaging.

Think twice

Trying to understand all the good reviews, this stuff is beyond finicky to drag with no doubt about it. Am a contractor, have installed 10s of dozens of dozens of floors over 25 years, and this stuff leaves you cussing. Half the pieces in the batch I received at least don't want to lock together. the micro lip on the long groove side flakes and breaks off far too easily. And this is being installed in a new construction so floor levelness is very decent, but this stuff really wants perfect more than other products I've used. So that adds time and money to do a killer job on for level prep. The only reason i don't give it 1 star is that it does look good, and seems durable. But the installation headaches test your patience I warn you.

No exaggeration 6 out of 7 boxes of tile were damaged. I can’t believe they even shipped them.

Do not buy this from Wayfair. The product is nice, but Wayfair sent me boxes coated in some chemical substance and shorted me a box. When I reached out, they said they couldn’t overnight ship the missing box. It took them 3 weeks to finally send the missing shipment.

The product is decent for the price. 2nd time ordering it. The poor rating is due to shipping. It is shipped with so little protection that many of the boxes are torn, and many of the interlocking edges are damaged. Only half usable. Even if I went though the hassle to return and get new tiles, they would ship damaged, so it's fruitless. Shame for a nice product to not be protected and go to waste.

Very nice quality! Beautiful floor!! The only problem was that some of the tiles were chipped. The manufacturer replaced them at no charge so i am very pleased with this purchase.

Good luck getting your flooring undamaged. These guys ship their flooring in retail boxes. The boxes almost always explode with UPS.

If you only need a few boxes, forget it!

Not sure if there is a single ounce of common sense on the distribution side. Why would you ship these 50lb boxes loose in retail packing via UPS with zero added protection, not once, but four times? Absolutely destroyed every single box that was sent. They even sent replacements the same way. At around $100 a box with tax I’d think you’d be interested in making money not hemorrhaging it due to complete incompetence. I only need two boxes to complete my install. Looks impossible at this point.

We haven’t installed it yet but the quality seems good. It’s definitely a heavyweight tile. If you order less than a pallet of product, they will be mostly damaged. The manufacturer ships in a flimsy box with no outer carton. It was a nightmare trying to get enough tiles for our project that were not damaged, be forewarned.

Love the floor but every box has damaged tiles. Looks like they were tossed around a lot. Bought a total of 8 cases but could only use about 75% of them. Very frustrating.

This flooring is absolutely gorgeous and will hold up to all the traffic in the kitchen.

Delivery options to my location don’t exist so I paid more than the price of the product to get it here. Upon arrival 1/3 of the flooring had broken corners making it unusable.

I just laid a few down to see if I liked them. I DO! These are really thick and of high quality. Unfortunately a couple were broken on the corners like the box was dropped somewhere along the shipping process. I can likely use where I need partial tiles

Purchased to see a sample - wish there were samples available! Not sure if we'll lay this, but it is the most realistic concrete look of luxury vinyl tiles that we have ordered samples for. Very large tiles.

Amazing Product

Great Product! Used in Kitchen and I love it. We had porcelain tile in place originally which was always cracking. Decided on NewAge based on the quality and wow! Top notch product and well worth the cost. 10/10! You won't be disappointed.
