Item came very late couldn’t contact anyone one item didn’t work from the time it was put together was very disappointed and so was my granddaughter it was her birthday gift

parts made incorrectly
Parts were made uncorrectly. Could not assemble. Front axle was only threaded on one end. Cpuld bot screw the nut on to assemble.
Great battery life. You can get 3 to 4 hours of use from it, maybe more. My daughter loves this.
Arrow up makes vehicle go backwards. Arrow down makes vehicle go forward.

We got this for our almost 3-year-old daughter and she loves it. The button can be hard for her to press at times, but I think it will be ok when she gets older. This is the perfect little bike to grow into. I think she will be able to ride it for several years. Assembly was fairly simple. Overall great bike for the price!
I made big mistake to review earlier that the Tobi 12V broken, not working after a few uses but I must correct my previous statement as I charged incorrectly, did not allow enough time to recharge. It is fully charged now and works great!
Well built, runs well on grass. Takes a while to charge and discharges pretty fast, but on par with others. Would recommend. Ours is ridden by a 5 year old
