This is perfect for our guests suite. Easy to put on. Washes well and protects mattress.
balloon characteristics
The protector seals very well -- so well that it feels like putting my head on a balloon rather than a pillow. To reduce that I have to squish the pillow strenuously, with protector slightly unzipped, to get enough air out before zipping.
It changed the feel of my pillow
The protector seems to trap air and so my pillow feels weird now. I also wish there were smaller sizes since these are too large for my standard pillows.
