Malfunction

I put car together battery never charged contact the seller several times to compensate never did he respond Walmart or seller frustrated never was refunded total disappointment my grandson was excited all to see his car never worked battery won’t charge and seller sucks not to respond I would not buy nothing ever from this seller spend a lot money and never received nothing to compensate for my loss very disappointed!!! Item new but don’t run

We love it!!

Purchased for my grandson’s 1st birthday, delivered on time and with all the parts needed to assemble. We absolutely are enjoying the excitement on his face each day he rides.

Best little Mercedes Benz Car

I bought the car for my grandson’s 1st birthday and it was an instant hit! His mother loved it as well. My grandson is the perfect size for it. We love that the doors has a latch across to close it that way he can’t fall out or easily open it while riding in it. He’s still too young to figure out how to open it also. I love the seat belt and the speed is perfect. It goes only 3 mph which is great. Can roll over dirt and grass as he rides his in the backyard sometimes as well as on the street. His mom loves the parental remote control. I love that they are both happy! His big kool aid grin was worth it all! Did I mention it’s well made and got it on sale. Thanks again Walmart!

Love it!

My granddaughter loves it. It stays charged for a very long time. Runs smoothly I purchased two for both granddaughters.

Fantastic Deal

This was a purchase as a gift for my grandson. It is wonderful. Worth every penny and he enjoys a very much and he'll have it for several years

Very disappointing with the item.

The vehicle was not what i expected. Hard to put together and very little instructions. Also, the music that the is played is english

This is so nice for toddlers, I like how you can control the truck with the remote control. I like how it has Bluetooth. You can connect your phone up to the truck. The only thing that I don’t like is that the sound on the Bluetooth is very low though

Bad treatment

Bad treatment and they did not return the car. We found it to be very large. This is fair and illegal. In every place it is written that it cannot be returned. I think it is better to deal with the law.

we rolled this out at the end after all other presents were opened and gosh when i tell you theres never been a happier 2.5 yr old ever!

Bad business, Bad product, worst customer service

I'm trying to send products back. They have yet to contact me. These are SCAM sellers from all of the reviews. I think I just got scammed as well. I'm contacting Wal-Mart customers service to have them removed from selling to anyone else. please don't buy this product. 🙏

Battery does not work

Ordered the Mercedes and assembled it once it arrived, however the battery would not charge

Loved it!

Got this for my 1 year old he loved it! This thing rides on rocks, uneven grounds, grass, and up over sidewalks like it’s nothing.

Fun

Grandson loves it. There was a tough time getting the Wheel cover on the back. Screws were not lining up. 1 star off. Other than that. So far so good.

Defective parts

The remote would not connect and the front window would not either without possibly breaking it

Horrible customer service

I had an issue with the delivery address and have tried multiple times to get someone from TOKTOO to respond and they never do. And Walmart just says they will reach out to the seller. If Walmart is going to work with third party sellers they need to ensure that the seller will respond and help rectify any issues. This is why I will only deal with Amazon! Never an issue and they get back to you immediately.

worst costumer service ever

I ordered this item on Walmart site thinking that Walmart screens their 3rd party sellers as well as Amazon does but I learned that Walmart allows their vendors to mislead customers, unlike Amazon that has A-Z guarantee. When I tried to return this item, unopened box, Walmart told me that I had to work directly with the seller, and seller refused to give me a return label and told me to ship it at my own cost which was higher than what I paid for the item. I gave the item to charity, canceled my W membership and will never again buy from Walmart. I will advise all my friends and family not to shop at Walmart as the don't give you support with their unscrupulous vendors.
