Buter beware--Color and size

I do not write many negative reviews because my Target experiences are generally good. This is purchase was not good. This is for a bed that doesn't have a headboard at this point. I purchased to replace a Threshold beige cotton quilted bedspread and shams that have a zipper closure which had been a wonderful Target product. Target doesn't offer a nice cotton that won't pill (already made that mistake) or linen that doesn't tear (also a return year ago). It came in a shrink wrapped bag, and a little tricky to open without cutting the product. First, the color is not the light beige as shown in photo. More light tan than beige. Not exactly what I wanted but for the price I thought, "Ok, I can live with it." I ALAWAYS wash new bedding. I washed in cold water, delicate, and low heat dry. Now? It barely covers this queen bed with the sorry sagging mattress. If you have a nice deep mattress forget it. The shams are open in the back and barely close on standard sized pillows. I can't take it back because it's been washed.

Not as large as stated. Mediocre quality.

Claims to be 96 x 104 but its only 95 x 103 and will not fit a king with a 14 inch mattress. Might work with a 10 inch mattress but those are rare. Also, it was delivered in a vacuum pack and when unsealed it was in bad condition (compression wrinkles.) The herring bone pattern is inconsistent. I'll be returning.

The color is darker than anticipated. The fabric is not really as soft as expected and its also very thin. No real body to the fabric. I opened it, and wish I had sent it back. Not the usual Tommy Bahama quality. An expensive lesson, since I will need to replace it. I chose it for its pattern and texture. It has just failed me and I always do try to find a positive but I cant find a lot with the quality of this product

A perfect Tommy Bahama product

This quilt was exactly what I had hoped for. Ordering online makes me nervous because I like to feel of the product, but I was confident that, being a Tommy Bahama product, it would be just as advertised. I love that it is lightweight and, especially, that it is 100% cotton and wicks so nicely.I actually just needed the quilt, yet the pillow shams were a delightful plus.

Excellent buy on a quilt set that you will love.

I use this excellent quilt set personally. It is soft and lightweight-not too heavy or too light. I mistakenly used it in a staging; the buyer included it in the package. I highly recommend this quilt set. You will not be disappointed in this purchase.

Way too small and then shrinks even more with careful washing/drying.

Ordered a king set and the bedspread was super small. Decided to keep it anyway to not deal with the hassle of a return (plus had thrown away the packaging 😭). Had to wash it and did so in cold water and dried on low heat. It shrunk so much!!!! I wish I could return it because this is ridiculous but without the packaging I think I’m stuck.

Beautiful quilt

We love this quilt. The color gave our bedroom the calm feel that we were wanting. It was easy to wash and dry and didn’t need to be pressed after washing. It is heavy enough to keep you warm at night but doesn’t get you too hot. The one thing that I was disappointed with was the length on the sides. As shown on the picture it hung further down the sides of the bed. We have a regular sized king and it doesn’t hang as low. It works but it wasn’t quite as big as I had hoped based on the pics. I would recommend this quilt.

After much excited in finally being able to afford a new quilt for the summer I am so disappointed in this purchase. Beyond WRINKLY to the point that there is no possible way to iron out. The quality does not feel right. This is an honest review. I don't think I would believe the others.

I purchased this coverlet in white, King size to go on my Queen size bed. As you can see it fits fine on my bed, but if you're looking for a coverlet to fit your king size bed, it won't fit, too small. It washed well in my large front loading washing machine and dryer. I like it so far. Hopefully it will stay nice for many years to come.

Just received and the description are inaccurate. The color is darker (it could be from my computer). The material is super thin. The king size quilt is 3.9 lbs. AND...The quilt is supposed 96" by 104"...I just measure because it look small and VOILA...I was right. The actual sizing is 90" by 101". Simply terrrible.

Awesome Quilt Set!

We LOVE our new reversible quilt set! Outstanding quality and a great look. Perfect for everyday use and doesn't wrinkle up. We added some colorful pillows and now have a great Primary Bedroom bed cover that our friends rave about. Fast shipment as well!

To the Moon Packaging

The quilts and shams arrives shrink wrapped like food for the moon. The notice said it was done that way to be green and save on shipping. It suggested to fluff the quilt and let 2 days go by, yet nothing happened, it was still very thin.

Nice basic quilt

This is a nice quilt but like all the quilts similar to this, it shrinks considerably. I put mine in the dryer. After about 6 washing/dryings it no longer looks right on my Queen bed. It would still fit a full/double bed.

Looks great! I got the king size for a queen bed (as others suggested) and I'm glad because it shrank significantly after one wash - now fits the bed perfectly. I got the white and it does exactly what I had hoped in protecting my quilt underneath from dog hair/dirt and comes clean in the wash easily. Would purchase again!

I like most items from Wayfair very much! But this was just Horrible quality. Extremely thin and rough material. Sent in a tiny shrink wrapped messy looking wrapper. I wanted to wash it but could not get past the rough texture, dingy off white color and poor quality. Would never put on any bed. Worst purchase ever from Wayfair.

I purchased this set to use as a lightweight option in our bedroom during these spicy summer months. Sadly even at what I thought was a great price, I’m extremely disappointed.

Perfect coverlet for summer and yr round!

This quilt is exactly what I was looking for, a whit coverlet for the summer and year round. I especially wanted it for the summer as my down duvet is too warm, but I like to have more than just a sheet in the summer. The chevron patter is a classic subtle look that will last for years to come. It's soft, and perfect, especially for the price. Though it may not be as soft as higher thread counts, it is soft and I love it. 100% cotton. Can't go wrong. Buy it!

Absolutely garbage. I have several quilts that vary in price, name, brand, etc. Well, being this had the Tommy Bahama name, I thought for sure it would be of good quality. I was so wrong! After a month of less than normal usage, I was looking at the quilt, and there were several ripsholes in it. I called Wayfair, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Buyer beware! It has been repurosed like for a dog since there was nothing about it that added value to my bed!

Not measured correctly. Disappointing.

I bought this in a king size for a king sized bed. However, the sides are horribly short, even if I pull the entire quilt to one side. Someone at Tommy Bahama did not adequately measure. The shams are king. I have never been so disappointed by anything I bought with a Tommy Bahama label prior to this purchase. DO NOT BUY, you will be disappointed.correctly.
