Poor Design and Cheap Quality

Cut corners everywhere: 1/4" glass that is too short so water splashes out from underneath. Rails are flimsy. Exposed screws at inside bottom rail requiring caps and caulk, which is still a bad idea. Metal rail could have been a bit taller and designed to prevent water from splashing out. Over course of 5 min shower the splashes will become a puddle. And if you are thinking about going cheap to flip a house or rental, think of the people who have to live with it and quit being greedy.

Great Customer Service

I made a measurement error when installing the door. I cut the top rail to short. I contacted Toolkit and asked if I could purchase a top rail. They said they would have it to me in two weeks. Two weeks later a brand new door kit arrived. I contacted Toolkit and told them all I needed was the top rail and I would be happy to send the door kit back, if the wanted to send just the part. They said no need to return the door. No charge, even though it was my mistake. Great product and service!

Looks Great

We had this installed to an existing shower stall which was previously used with a shower curtain. We are very happy with the finished product. The shower looks so much nicer with glass doors. Tool Kiss customer service is great if you have any issues. (You get a live person) Well made sturdy frame with 1/4” glass sliding doors, solid product.

Just installed. Pretty simple but.cut to length instructions could be better. Really need info for how much to cut off to allow for vertical pieces. So example "cut top and bottom x inches shorter than opening measurement. Chart in instructions only good if your measurements are exactly what is in chart.

I am very satisfied with my chrome glass shower doors. They look so great once they were installed. It’s sturdy and looks classy. My contractor was pressed with the final product also.

I bought this for my mom's bathroom which we were remodeling for her. After getting this and installing it my poor dad accidentally cut the top rail to short. I reached out the Tool Kiss and they are sending me a new top rail at no additional cost. I cannot believe the customer service of this company! If in the future I need to buy anything that they produce, then this will be the company I buy it from! In addition to the value, ease of installation, and quality of materials I must say I am impressed! We ordered this directly from Home Depot. They brought it out and loaded it for us. It was very well packaged with lots of foam insulation. Not one piece was broken or missing. The instructions are ok, but honestly could be better, as I stated above, we cut the top rail to short based on the instructions but alas, that is our fault for not double measuring before cutting. All in all, I am very pleased with the product and the customer service from the company is more than I expected which is outstanding!

Very good lovely . But the box was broken in most areas And no one type it. I can see the grass door. I am great didn’t miss any parts and no damage too. Customer service said to return it if any damage or parts missing. My suggestion is:Someone should do something to avoid the damage and parts missing. Not just tell customer to return it as it is heavy and hard for us to carry over one more time.

Nice looking door

Very nice door. Heavy glass, sturdy. Would buy again. Instructions are not very good but we've installed many others (brands) so we could figure it out.

Experienced DIY Needed

This shower door kit is a good value for the price and the quality is good. Installation definitely requires experienced DIY as the picture instructions are very difficult to understand and interpret. Overall the clean lines of the frameless doors improved the look of the small shower.

Great Customer Services

I found the best price at Home Depot. Unfortunately, one door was damaged in transit. Both Home Depot and the manufacturer offered assistance, but I chose the manufacturer to avoid returning and reordering. The doors look great. Thank you!

Very nice for a great price

This is exactly what we were looking for. Thick glass, very attractive and functional. Installation took only a couple hours. Also, the film on the outside and the coating on the inside were great reasons to purchase this, too.

Easy install. Im on the low side of dimension limits (55 7/8”) and doors work perfect. Look great as well.
