This pillow is beautiful, but, I ordered two of them and arrived different colors.
This pillow is stiff as a board and the dimensions are wrong. iT IS ONLY 11 X 18...NOT 12 X 20. TERRIBLE GREENISH HUE TO THE BEIGH AREA OF THE PILLOW. DEFECTIVE FLECKS THROUGH THE PILLOW. SHOULD COST $10.00 AT MOST.
I was surprised what good quality it was
Bought two of these pillows specifically because the stripes ran horizontally. Only received one pillow with vertical stripes. I’ve been emailed customer service for a few days who seems unable to find a resolution themselves and has advised that they must connect with the vendor prior to offering a remedy. Frustrating.

Not at all as pictured! The zebra pattern is vertical not horizontal as pictured and the pattern is two pieces sewn down the middle. The color is also not as pictured it is dark brown and tan. If you are wanting a pillow like the picture do not buy this product.

Won't be shopping Wayfair after this experience. The pillow background looks tan in the photo but it is actually yellow/gold. It would have worked if it looked like the photo, but instead they charged me $7 to return a product that doesn't match the description. :(
Loos expensive! Provides nice lumbar support. Great to mix with cushion styles and fabrics. Great price and quick shipping!
