Very sensitive, and narrow. If you pass by it opens, however, when you want it to open, you have to swipe your hand several times. The opening is narrow, can't not hold the trash properly.

A Trash Can that’s Worth the Price

This kitchen can was very easy to assemble and use! I usually will ask for hejp with assembly projects, but this time it was simple enough for me to do it.The can is slender and sleek. It adds a touch of modernization to the kitchen. One issue: included with the can was a charcoal air filter that was supposed to manage any possible food odor coming from the can, but the filter simply didn’t work. I bought a package of “stick-ups” air fresheners from the hardware store, and attached one to the inside of the can lid - problem solved!

Great trash can. It is a perfect size for a small area. Automatic feature works as it should.

Total waste of money!!!!

Unbelievable!!! Can’t reach anyone, so if you counting on warranty, forget it!!!

I wouldn't recommend

The top to the garbage can breaks easily. You can purchase another top for almost the same price as the garbage can. Do not waste your time buying this garbage can, you will regret it.

YES WIDE OPENING

This is our 3rd can with Itouchless. I would have just ordered a new lid, but it seemed that is has been replaced with a new design, of which would not have fit the can we have?! The wide opening was a selling point and the height of the can is important and hope they continue to keep that size around! The sensory part of our lid quite working on ours, but we have had it for 10yrs or more, which is a very long time. So glad Itouchless is still around.

Not worth the price.

I didn’t care for this and ended up returning it. It wasn’t touchless, as described, you have to push a button to open and the lid opening was very loud. I liked the look of it and the compact shape. The bag is held in by a wide frame, which I felt would be hard to keep from getting really gross when throwing away kitchen trash.
