Well made wall mounted fireplace. Comes with log effect or crystals for the LED flame - I chose to set mine up with the log effect. Was straight forward to install, and looks great. Heat capability is not fantastic, so mainly for visual ambiance.

Excellent Fire ....

While, I needed a handy friend and an an electrician to run a line up to the fireplace in the wall, it was a pretty easy install and it looks amazing. Pricewise a find!

Onyx stainless 80026 50

I was disappointed. The color is not as shown in the pic. It’s shiny not black.

We love our Touchstone Onyx 50" Stainless Steel Electric Fireplace! It is a beautiful design, looks clean and elegant. It is well made and the fire looks realistic. We loved it so much, we bought a second one for the bedroom.

Damaged twice

1st fireplace came with a dented upper right corner. Contacted Touchstone and they immediately sent a replacement front panel. Unfortunately the 2nd panel was dented in the upper right and upper left corner. Touchstone offered to send a 3rd panel, but said the dents were probably caused by shipping, which is very bad if you're an online only company. Hard to believe the damage was caused by shipping based on how well the items came packaged. Had to stick with the 1st panel which was the least damaged if the two. Very disappointed since it was a $400 purchase

Heater DOES NOT WORK!

I was so excited when my wall mounted electric fireplace arrived. I followed all the instructions to install the device myself. After mounting the fireplace I decided to turn on the heater all to find out that the heater doesn't work. Immediately I regretted my purchase! I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!

We love the fireplace, easy to install, looks great. Living in the Phoenix area, we don't use the heat portion of it, just the flames for the nice ambiance it creates.

We love our new fireplace-it looks great! We got the Stainless Steel version and are using the crystals. We don't want to use the heating feature, and didn't want to cut our wall to inset it so we are going to add some trim around the top and sides and paint it the same color as the wall to hide the backside of the unit. Only have one suggestion-make a unit without the heater so it can hang flush on the wall.
