Incorrect color received. Had to return. Second order in the correct color had 3 rugs with fringe & one without. Not going to return -- too much hassle with UPS getting the delivery & pickup wrong. Would have preferred 4 rugs minus the ugly fringe.

Good quality and nice carpets. I bought five carpets in three different sizes for family room, doors and hallway. Unfortunately, Wayfair sent the wrong carpet color for the biggest carpet. The return and replacement process was not easy and I was getting hit with a lot of unnecessary shipment fees when the error was not mine. So, I now have four carpets that are not being used. I was really disappointed as I have been a long time business client and have purchased many items for my clients as well as myself. The very stringent rerun and shipping policies that have been put in place by WF in the last two years really affect your ability to retain flexibility and costing with your clients and it makes it extremely difficult.

Worst customer service ever

They sent me the wrong item. Customer service sent me a label I couldnt print. Also wouldnt let me place another order for the correct item- just a horrible experience- reminding me why I dont shop here

Nice rug, but breaks down after a few washes

This actually has a white border on two sides that has fringe as well. No mention of fringe in product description and cannot tell from the photo. Some photos don’t show the white border on the two sides either. I have known this, I would not have ordered it.

This is a great rug for the price. We have pets and needed a washable rug. Haven’t needed to wash it yet but for now we love the way it looks.

I have washed this a few times, and the rubber backing is coming off already.

Soft and good quality. The bottom has grip so it stays in place. Have not washed it yet. It has a bit of glimmer, just fyi

I love the color and feel of this rug!! It's a bit narrow when compared to other runners, but I can't wait to put it in the entryway. It's gorgeous! I haven't had the opportunity to wash it yet, so I can't speak to how it holds up.

Love this rug for the price! It’s good quality and very nice looking. It fits wells in the space between a porch and entry to living room. It’s the same color as our dog so it’s great because you can’t see her hair and I don’t have to vacuum daily like the last one.

Looks very nice in my living room. I haven’t washed it yet. It’s a little thinner than I expected but it’s pretty. I haven’t been able to get the ends to lie flat yet but I’m sure there’s a hack out there.
