Horrible quality. Canvas was slapped on and full of wrinkles from canvas not pulled tight correctly. Also had many scrapes due to the handling.

Stately Pelican

I love John James Audubon prints. This is a beautiful depiction of the pelican. It is well priced for the size, but darker than I thought. I would purchase it again.

Love the painting but mine is wrapped too close to the head of the bird should have been a 18x24 to give room for the head and possible framing

I had been looking for this Audubon print in a large format for some time since seeing it in a magazine years ago. I've included photos so you can see the relative size of the largest size option (47"). My only disappointment is, as others noted, the photo does not go to the edge of the canvas. The white band around the outside sadly makes this look cheap. As I had feared, I'm going to have to have it framed or build a lightweight frame for it to cover the white border. Even if the off-white area, which is sort of the folio border, had wrapped around the sides, that would have been preferable to the added white border. Arrgghhh. I'd hoped this border was only on the smaller sizes, but alas, it's on all of them. Still, it's an excellent price compared to similar wall art sold elsewhere for this same print. Hopefully the framing won't break the bank.
