missing tool to put it together- holes not lined up properly some stripped

stools are nice for the price, but not a high quality. we have had to tighten the screws over and over.

A pain to assemble and inferior wood finish

We got two of these a week ago and they were a pain to assemble. The provided hex wrench was too long to twist more than a quarter turn when attaching the back rest. Also, the wood finish on the back rest of both stools is inferior. Places missed and areas of white substance in many places. Disappointed for the cost of the stools

not easy assembly bolts are in hard angles to tighten and when finished swivel stool does not rotate around because the circle wooden part is warped and rubs until stops not a good product and too expensive don't waste your time

Beautiful stool

They were delivered as scheduled and put together nicely.

Had to refinish areas on all four chairs due to poor work. Color is not dark cherry. It is dark brown. Chairs are well constructed. Charles Wentzel

Beautiful, moldy chairs.

These chairs are great. They were under $70 each at the time of my purchase, which might be impacting how much I like them. Unfortunately when assembling I noticed that three of four have mold on the piece that swivels. The chairs are packaged with desiccant, but they all molded in the same place. It was surface mold and I was able to easily remove it. They assembled easily - maybe about 1.5 hours by myself for all four. They are more comfortable than they initially seem.

I love the chairs but it is a little short that I expected. I could almost push the chair under my counter. I wish the backrest was higher.

Solid barstools at a reasonable price

These barstools are a good value. Solid construction makes them sturdy. They arrived on the date promised, undamaged. We are happy with them

Too Big For Us

The stool is VERY heavy and "clunky." It over-powered our kitchen counter space.

Very solid stool

This is a nice stool. The directions are pictures only so you really need to pay attention.... make sure to attach the seat back to the cushion BEFORE you connect to the swivel. They went together pretty easily. I only wish that the lighter color wood base came with a vinyl cushion. I had to gett the black seat with dark cherry wood because the other seat covers were cloth and they are not removable.

Great, sturdy chairs...backs are short though

The chairs are very nice, sturdy, love them. Except the backs of chairs are too short for our taste.

Beware of "last item in stock".

We wanted one more side chair for our set purchased from RC Willey. They had one in stock. The last one. We took it home, it was wrapped in plastic. It appeared to be fine in it's clear wrap, but when we unwrapped it at home it had a broken joint on one of its legs. Because we are told that the set had been discontinued we decided to repair it ourselves. Which we did after a few hours of time. We should have not paid the price we paid, but that's spilt milk.
