It was exactly like the online picture. The quality of the fabric is good. The parts were well protected in the shipping box and the instructions for assembly were easy to follow.

I like the sturdiness of the chair. Not a big fan of the material but it’s a nice color. I switched out the wheels for inline. Better. Glide.

This chair is a bit bulky, but extremely comfortable. It is more a denim color rather than navy. It was easy to put together, and I have been putting it to good use working from home. If you are using on carpet, you will need to get some kind of plastic carpet guard, as it is heavy and could cause some damage to your carpet.

Nice looking chair

I had this chair shipped to me twice because the first one couldn't go together right - the chair back and the seat would not fit together snuggly. The second one is not perfect either but good enough. It is a very, very, attractive chair though.

Squeaky machine

Though attractive and moderately comfortable for a tall, average-weight male, I must add to the low score due to the poor construction. The wooden legs (attractive and real) are a facade over metal, spoke-like legs. The wood is secured by "fit" against the center metal post and metal legs only by small, metal tabs. With each movement, the squeaks can be heard over conference calls growing worse over the six days of use. Fortunately, my local Home Depot took the return - beware.

Very Uncomfortable

This chair is beautiful. The picture is true to how the chair looks. Unfortunately it is not comfortable. The seat cushion is far too thin that you can actually feel the wood frame beneath your legs. I would not recommend this chair for this reason.

Nicer than I expected

The chair is attractive, and looks nicer in my office than a fake leather and plastic black office chair. The base and the arms are real wood, the seat is wide and comfortable, the casters are sturdy. After reading the reviews I was nervous but decided to try it for myself. So far I couldn't be happier with it.

Love this chair

I love this chair. I had been sitting on an oak bankers chair. I wanted a chair that was comfortable and worked as an office chair but was also attractive and this is perfect. There is a video on the manufacturer website that makes it simple to put together. I would definitely recommend this chair. The wood matches perfectly with my desk.

Absolutely NOT for full time workday use. I weigh 170, work full time (8ish hours/day, 5 days/week, and I was sitting on the frame within 7 months. The cushion is very low quality and sank beneath the seat ridiculously fast. The fabric is neutral and the style is attractive, but the quality is meant for occasional use at best. Be prepared to purchase a supplemental cushion, which defeats the purpose of an attractive chair.

The chair is beautiful, which is why I bought it. The craftsmanship is so so. There's a few places where the material isn't sewn down tight and a staple came out of the fabric during assembly. The back is very uncomfortable, and I have to keep a pillow on the chair for some lumbar support, which takes away from the beauty of the chair. I'm glad I got it, but I'm not positive how long it will last, and I wish it was more comfortable.

Great comfy chair

This chair is perfect for the computer that isn't in the office. It's more like a nice piece of furniture on wheels. The quality is great and it is very comfortable with upper and lower back support. The seat is extra wide and roomy. The blue is a medium muted shade of blue. I searched 20 pages of chairs and am very happy I bought this chair. There is nothing not to like about it. It swivels and reclines.

Beautiful and well made!

I adore this chair! We bought this chair over 3 years ago, and it still looks amazing! It has taken a lot of abuse between my heavy husband sitting in it for hours, our nearly 8 year old son climbing, rocking, and spinning in it, and cats scratching it. This chair sits in our living room, so I wanted a beautiful chair that didn’t look like a typical office chair. It really is beautiful and well made! The photo I added is a current photo.

Perfect for style and function!!

I really wanted a stylish desk chair, but I also needed a functional chair for back support for working from home full-time. I looked EVERYWHERE for a good chair, and I refused to settle with a typical black or metal based chair. This chair is perfect. I love that it has a wooden base and is tufted with a cute little curve at the top! It has a high back with lumbar support, unlike most stylish desk chairs that are low back without much support. This is seriously the only chair out there that is aesthetically pleasing and can withstand a 40 hour workweek. Assembly was fairly easy as well.

Nice solid chair. Why to the wheels fall off

The chair was well packaged and protected. The chair is solid and heavy. I like the material and the color of the wood. It was easy to put together. My only frustration with the chair is that the wheels seem to have no way to stay connected to the chair they just slide in so if you lift the chair straight up the wheels fall off. I don't understand why they are like that

Comfortable and Looks Nice, Too

I've had this chair for a few weeks and so far, so good. The seat is pretty wide and cushiony with good lumbar support. The fabric is thick and seems like it will hold up well. The casters have a cool brushed finish that looks nicer than the standard shiny silver you usually see and the wood arms have a rustic tone. It was easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes. All in all, this is a good chair for a pretty decent price.

This chair is absolutely perfect. The fabric and wood coloring is beautiful! The chair is very comfortable, but what I love most about the chair is the padding on the front of the arms to prevent it from damaging your desk when you pull in your chair.

Chair padding is subpar

The chair looks great. Hard to assemble. I am disappointed with the actual seat cushion. It really needs more padding. When you sit in it the hard metal or wood portion at the front of the chair that lays just under my legs hurts. I should not feel any of the hard portions of the seat. It's like sitting on a chair with a hole in the center. Your butt sinks in the middle which makes the front hard portion hurt your legs. It seat & back squeaks.

The chair looks very much like the advertising picture. I love the gray fabric and the button detail on the back. The chair feels solid and sturdy. Its comfortable to sit in for a long day of work. I think you get what you pay for and this feels like a mid-grade level chair- which I expected when I purchased it. It looks great. It will be interesting to see how it holds up for the long haul. So far, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Classy and comfortable chair

Purchased this for my husbands home office and don't regret it. We knew from the previous reviews that it was darker than the image but we wanted the darker slate gray. We wouldn't have wanted the light gray as pictured. Love that it comes with a limited warranty. It's comfortable and well made. We had looked for a long time for something that was comfortable and traditional looking. Found it in this and all for an affordable price. I've included several pics from multiple angles so you can clearly see the color.

My husband and I are finally able to furnish our home after rebuilding from Hurricane Harvey. We ordered one of these chairs to "test" it out. My husband really wanted breakfast room chairs on casters as this will also be our game table. I compromised when I found these beautiful chairs. We held our breath wondering if they would be high quality and if we would both be happy in our compromise. WE LOVE THIS CHAIR. It was extremely easy to put together and the fabric is soft and yet will be sturdy. We are so thankful to find these chairs at such a reasonable price as well. I just ordered 3 more!!
