New chairs

The chairs arrived on time and look exactly like pictured. I only wish they were heavier, my chairs I replaced were much heavier and felt like better quality. But they look modern and update the kitchen better.

We bought six of these chairs in black. They were very easy to put together and are sturdy. They are easy to clean. I like that there are no spindles attached to the seat of the chair so no having to clean inbetween each spindle.

Impressed for the price

Very impressed with quality and ease of assembly. They look nice and are comfortable to sit in. Looks just as described. Ordered 6 in total and only one has a slight wobble. Overall good value and packaging was excellent. Exterior box had damage but it was packaged so well nothing inside was ruined.

Nice chairs and good customer service experience.

The chairs are sturdy and the color is a nice black. They pair well with my dark oak table. The size is of the chair is good, not bulky, but ample for anyone. They are easy to put together. Having a hex screwdriver made it easier to get the bolts started and then you finish off with an allen key they provide. One of the chairs was solid, but still uneven and wobbly. I called and they sent me another one and after I put the new one together, they sent UPS to my door to get the defective chair. I was worried about returns, however customer service was easy to work with.

These chairs are solid look exactly as expected and finished the look of new table. I have got so many compliments from friends on how quality they are and how they look like they were part of a dining set. We had the table for over a week until I found the perfect chairs.

Consistent and uniform packaging and generally clear instructions. Assembly was straightforward and the chairs seem fairly sturdy. We'll see how they perform under use.

great chairs

These chairs were the perfect compliment to our dining table, giving a fairly ordinary round wood table more character. They were easy to put together. The feel sturdy when sitting on them. We have these in our Airbnb and they have held up very well.

I love these chairs - very beautiful and the quality is excellent! The colour matches the photo on the website. Very comfortable to seat on. I would recommend these chairs to my friends.

Good chairs

These came nicely packaged and were easy to put together. My husband put them together himself pretty quickly and there weren't any missing pieces or damaged parts. They look really nice at our dining room table and add a pop of "black" to our color scheme.

I cannot comment on putting them together as my husband and son in law did that, but neither commented on any problems. I am extremely happy with these - they look fantastic, and seem very sturdy, and so far very comfortable! Recommended!

We love these chairs! The quality is awesome! I love the modern farm house style but other cross back chairs tend to be thin and flimsy. These feel very sturdy and they are easy to clean. Shipping was wonderful as well. They arrived early and chairs were packaged well. Also, I purchased them in November 2020 and while putting the chairs together I could see they passed inspection the month before, so it shows the manufacturer doesn't just have old inventory sitting around a warehouse collecting dust. Highly recommended.

Arrived very quickly. Sturdy and easy to put together. Non of the ten chairs I purchased wobble. Looks great with my grey and white table. Very happy with the purchase.

Nice chairs

These chairs are very nice! What a bargain. They are going to look great with our weathered peristalsis table. The fabric is light grey with a subtle stripe. It does have a sheen to it but I’m thinking this might help it resistant to staining.
