This chair and ottoman were beautiful and extremely well-made. They were made, however, for a larger person. I would have loved to keep these pieces, but they were obviously for a larger person.

The wooden scroll arms on chair were broken.

Amazing set! Unexpected that Tractor Supply would have furniture that I was considering buying from a high end catalog. But this astounded me on the set being so nice and a much better price.

Fabulous Chair - Exquisite lines

I was looking for a statement piece for my living room, and this was perfect. The lines make it not too masculine and it's a stunner!

Color stains

Chair itself was very comfortable. It is large and sits very low to the ground. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because it left stain marks on my clothing and my carpet; haven't been able to remove the stain color from either of them yet. Additionally, with the stain rubbing off on my clothing, the leather seat and arms started to fade and show wear creases/lines in the material. I probably had the item less than 3.5 weeks when I returned it. Home Depot was not very good at processing my return request; it took 3 calls over the course of a week to get the correct language on the return so UPS could pick up the item. No problem getting a full refund but they paid nothing for the large stain marks left on my carpet.

I tried to give this one star, because of how disappointed I am. I would give this 5 stars, except that it says "set of two" as in a pair. With everything else I purchased in "set of two", it means two chairs. This is only one chair and one footstool, as in "one set". For @ $1000, I expected a set of two chairs. Very shocked and disappointed. Very deceptive advertising.

Only for really short people

The chairs and ottomans are gorgeous, and the quality of the leather and the workmanship is superb. However, your bum is 11 inches above the floor. Yep, 11 inches. Seems to have been made for Hobbits. The chairs look so odd next to a normal sized couch - if you can use them as stand-alone pieces, or if everyone in the house is around 5' only, these would be awesome. The color of the leather is a rich mahogany - really lovely.
