All's Well That Ends Well!

The cabinet is lovely, it was the service that was lacking. I drove to Firestone to pick up this item which comes in 2 boxes. They only had 1 of the 2 boxes (either didn't have or couldn't find the mirror) so I had to drive quickly as they were going to close to the Thornton store (which is where the item shipped from in the first place!). When I was unboxing I found that a hinge had pulled completely out of the wood. I had to make another trip to Thornton to exchange the base unit. So I spent about 5 hours on the road to pick up this item.

I love this new piece of furniture I got from American Furniture Warehouse. I bought this because I needed a landing place for my guest’s coats. It is a great piece that is not only functional, it looks great too!

The hall bench with mirror was in two pieces, easy to assemble and sturdy. The storage in the bench with lid that didn't slam closed worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this piece!

One Hall Tree By The Door and I Need One More !

I purchased one hall tree for my home near my front door and it is just what I need, however, I need one more!

I had so much to look at but finally found what I wanted

Good product, missing screws

Would have given 5 stars if the parts were included. Was missing the screws to put it together. Good thing husband had screws that would work.

Beautiful, Sturdy Entry Bench

Great quality. This collection never disappoints. Love the railroad nail hangers, storage area and mirror. The bench closes slowly and controlled, no banging.

Good Piece, though it didn't work out for us

We bought this and picked it up at the Thornton Co warehouse. When we got it home, it was broken. I called AFW and was told that I would have to bring it back to the warehouse, at which I laughed and said no, they needed to come and pick it up and provide a replacement. To their credit, they readily agreed to do so, and that process was flawless and I had a new unbroken piece in my house in under three days. Ultimately we decided that this piece was not right for our house, and will return it (probably with a 15% restocking fee) but that isn't the fault of AFW. My experience on the whole was positive, and I would recommend AFW to others.
