Great pan!

It heats evenly, and when heated properly on medium heat, food cooks perfectly. Plus, the straight sides prevent splatter.

The pans work as advertised. There are a couple of things that I feel a little “meh” about: 1) They show every fingerprint and I can’t achieve that shiny look after cleaning them. 2) I didn’t realize (my mistake) that they would be a bit heavier than a regular pan. It’s OK, we are getting used to it, but do identify that when arthritic wrists and big pots of soup are combining, it could be a dicey situation. Something to keep in mind if you are buying.

Liked that I am able to go from stovetop to oven. The cleanup is relatively easy. This pan can be used on my induction burner.

Good value for price.

This is pan is great for everyday cooking. Professional quality even if it doesn't have a celebrity name. Heavy enough for me to feel comfortable stepping away and not burning the food. The height of the sides reduces the amount of splatter. I have other pans by this manufacturer and this pan lives up to my expectations and fits in with the other pans that I have. Its also easy to clean.

Was gonna go with All-Clad but didn’t have the money at the moment. I love this sauté pan. I use it for almost every dish-soups, curry, stir fry, etc. Pan frying dumplings come out extremely beautiful when cooked in this. This is my first SS pan and I look forward to buying more for my collection! Bar keepers friend is amazing with cleaning and getting the stuck bits off the pan!

very pretty

it’s very pretty. cooks evenly on my gas stove. cleans up well. the handle stays cool down to about 2 inches out from the pan itself. i will definitely buy more of this same collection
