It is lighted which is pretty in the evening offering ambience with glass shelves and mirrored back enhances the effect. I wish the shelves had a groove for displaying plates. Because the doors are glass and not framed it feels less solid or of quality than i hoped. I enjoy the two toned contemporary look.

Love this display case. It has a mirror back and bottom. It is better looking than shown in photos. Unit is sturdy. The glass shelves are thick. One light is sufficient. The silver color works well in our room. The white glove service was excellent. The delivery team ( 2 persons) was careful and patiently assemble the shelves and doors. The doors seemed a bit tricky to assemble. Extremely satisfied with the product and the service.

I ordered 3 of these for my new house and they are absolutely beautiful. I wasn't going to give this a five because there was some trouble getting them here but because of how gorgeous these are I had to give a 5

Glass door fell off

The glass door apparently slid out of its hinges and fell onto my beveled glass top table, breaking both the door and the table top. Needs to be a solution from the manufacturer for this design flaw.

Do not buy.

2 months after the warranty expired the wood supporting the lower right glass door pivot hinge gave way and the door fell to the ground and shattered. Happened in the middle of the night, just glad no children or pets were around. I think you should not buy this item until it is reengineered.

I love this curio cabinet. I put it in my dining room and I have had many compliments on it. It looks very nice and the light shines down through each glass shelf very well. I would definitely buy it again. We looked at quite a few furniture stores and couldn't find anything that comes close to price and appearance.

This is a cabinet with clean lines and a modern look. It is exactly as described. I love that it has lighting and mirrors too. I use it for my bar ware.

Really nice piece of furniture !

Perfect cabinet, well built and arrived without damage.

I was told when I purchased this item it would not need assembly, but I could pay extra to have it set up in the room of my choice and the guys would probably help me put in the shelves. Well that did not happen. In addition, the product required assembly. Doors had to be put on, handles and many of the assembly parts and instructions were missing. I had to request parts and instructions twice and hire my own handyman to assemble. The cabinet sat in assembled with boxes of shelves and doors too heavy for me to move from Dec. 16 through the holidays until January 4. This is unacceptable. I was mislead by customer service to make a sale and then left hanging when parts were missing. I am very unhappy with the service I received.

We love this curio cabinet! Worth the long wait... it was out of stock for awhile. Love everything about it... tricky installing the doors but we eventually figured it out. A very small imperfection on a corner but not a deal breaker. Received tons of compliments...very classy and contemporary. Thank you, Overstock!

Traditional meets minimalist farmhouse

This is a great looking cabinet that holds a ton of "stuff". The brushed silver finish is a nice bridge between my traditional furniture and a cleaner, more minimalist style with a bit of industrial farmhouse thrown in. It was tricky to assemble (it comes partly assembled; we had to put on doors and shelves), definitely a two person job, but the instructions were reasonable, all parts were there, and it was solidly packed with no damage. The interior lighting and mirror back brighten up the room. I stuffed 2 sets of China, crystal, and a bunch of tchotchkies in it. The shelves are glass so you do have to watch the weight load, but I stacked the dishware on the bottom, which is braced all around. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Looks Really Nice, Especially Lit up at Night.

My shot glass collection looks great in it. It looks really great at night lit up. I was really worried with it coming shipped all together especially when the tip meter showed that it had been tipped and the box had big dings in it but nothing was damaged. It was packaged really well. It has a metallic paint on the wood that gives it a really high end look. I'm very happy with it.
